To make enchiladas, you will need:~1 casserole pan~2 frying pans~6 large tortillas~1 cup of grated onions~1 cup of grated cheese~Red chile sauce~1 clove of garlic~Oil Blend red chile sauce and garlic and put it in a pan with a little oil. Heat on stove until it starts to steam. Grate 1 cup of cheese and 1 cup of onions. Put oil in another pan and put tortillas in the pan to heat them up. When they are hot, fill the tortillas with onions and cheese mix.Cover them with cheese and sauce and cover them with tin foil.Cook on 350 until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.

being rationed by people. Crops were dying and that meant that people wouldn’t have food. People were wondering what would happen next?

The first thing to make a quesadilla is to get a tortilla (2) and put it in a frying pan on the stove to heatit up.
Wait 1 minuteand then put thegrated cheese in.
Then, put another tortillaon top and wait anotherminute.
Now it is ready to eat!
