Process
• First Point of Contact for Sales Support- Agency Office
– All applications must be submitted through the GA’s office to the local MetLife Sales office. This will ensure the proper identifying forms are attached.
– All applications require a transmittal form (identifies the case as AIMCOR)
– All policies will be mailed to the GA’s office from your Met Sales office. GA’s office will be responsible for forwarding to Agent/Broker
• DI Sales Specialist and Rep
– Your main point of contact at MetLife
– Will receive all new applications and ensure they are in good order
– SS can also provide assistance with Appointments, Product questions, Competition questions, Commissions questions
