We leverage our vendors: Instead of one facility trying to negotiate with a landscaper, painter, clean-
ers, snow plowing companies…, we use the same landscaper for 300 jobs a year and will get a better
price/service.
We will work all over New England and beyond
And we never charge a setup fee
