3 List of selected buildings, i.e. “scope of the Project”, made by line ministries

4 Based on the scope of the Project, Technical Consultant (TC) is selected for design, producing bidding documents, supervision and for monitoring “before” and “after” implementation of ee measures

5 Based on 1, visits to schools and coordination with schools administrators and local authorities, TC recomends acceptance or revision of the originally proposed energy saving measures and makes “Evaluation Reports” for each school with suggestion of measures package and estimation of investment costs

Thermal insulation is mineral/stone wool, thickness d=10 cm

Instead silicate, façade finish layer shall be silicone plaster, minimum grain size 2mm

The contact façade installation procedure has been specified, and shall be done in accordance with façade manufacturer’s instructions

Works should be performed by qualified and appropriately trained workers (certified by façade system manufacturer)

Guarantee – 10 years
