There are some methods in business communication. They are described in below-
1. Employee Bulletin:
When authority wants to inform any important and urgent news to employees quickly
then they serve this bulletin individually to the employee. In this way authority can serve any
information to employee within a short time and employee can start the work very quickly.
Sometimes this information is published in the bulletin board.
2 .Booklets for employees:
Generally this method is used for the fresher’s. Various kind of important information is
given to the fresher’s through this book. Such as – history of the organization, authorities
congratulation speech to the fresher’s, to external and internal information of the organization,
rules and regulation of the organization, conditions of the organization, etc. By giving this book
fresher’s can easily understand about their job and about the organization.
3. Annual report:
Achievement, annual income, expenses, inability of previous year which are done by the
organization published through the annual report. By publishing it authority gives an idea about
the organization to the people and the employees.
4. Wall newspaper:
Organization publishes wall newspaper monthly or yearly. In the wall newspaper the
organizational workers talent should be provided. Like various kind of poetry, short stories,
experience and so many features are published in the wall newspaper. It is also effective because
in these wall newspaper different conditions of the organization is also published.
5. Pay roll envelope:
Every organization have their own pay roll envelopes which is give to the employee. In this
envelopes organization provides salaries of the employees. By giving this envelope authority
inform the employee if they deduct their salaries, explain the reason of deduction, if they
increase employees salaries, how much increase etc.
6. Job description:
Each organization provides the job description to every new employees in the organization.
By having job description one worker knows about his/her working way, job challenges, and
how many hours he/she has to stay in the organization. As a result he/she gets the capability to
achieve something higher for the organization.
7. Memorandum:
Memorandum system plays a vital role in the communication. In organization the authority
informs the employees the additional information by giving a list. Thus it helps the employees to
develop their working style.
8. Complain box:
It is a suitable system of the communication. Through complain box sub-ordinate can
communicate to their authority or superior. It is a safe zone communication for the sub-ordinate.
Because when employees drop complains in this box they don’t feel scared having exposed their
identity. By this system the employees can express their sufferings and complain on their own
accord. After that when the authority gets the complains at first they investigate the complains
and take necessary steps to remove the corruption.
