Quality Checks :We use modern non-destructive testing like ultrasonic test (UT) to know internal cracks and blow holes on demand of customers to ensure the quality of the material. There is also provision of Spectrometer analysis to know the chemical composition of the material.

SEAL / CONDENSATE POTS

Seal/Condensate pots are used as part of instrumentation piping in all those applications where a direct contact of the sensing elements with process media is not recommended.

They serve for collecting deposits, dirts, moisture and other elements that might injure the instruments or impair their precise operations. They also serve as reservoirs for sealing liquids, in the measurements of high density or corrosive fluids.

Air Headers replaces many unit valve assemblies, which would normally be operating from one source. The air headers are suitable for use with a variety of outlet take off valves. The inlet-connection can be flange - or screwable. A drain-valve is possible at the manifold exit.

The manifolds can be supplied with a bracket/U clamp for wall mounting.

Installation cost & space considerable when air headers are use.
