Hours of OperationStore hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday’s from 10:00am to 4:00pm (CST). We are closed on Sunday’s.

Order Due-Times: “In by 3, Out by 12”Below is a general schedule of days required per product type:

Products requiring 1-Day and received before 3:00pm (CST) will be ready by 12:00 noon (CST) the next day, Monday thru Friday. If ordering multiple paper types in one order, add an additional day per paper type. If ordering a mounted print, the total time needed is 2-Days.

No order will exceed 5 days unless you are specifically notified by the lab.

Our lab maintains extra equipment so that we can meet every order’s due-time, even during the busiest of seasons. Typically, the only reason for a delay on an order would be due to technical issues associated with that order. If a technical issue should occur with an order, you will be notified by the lab and extra time will be added to the order until the issue is resolved.

Rush ServicesMost of our online systems give you the option to add a “VIP Rush” for an additional $4.95 plus 10% of the order cost. When adding a “VIP Rush” to your order, please specify a preferred due date and time. If we cannot meet your request, a customer service representative will contact you.

Percentage-based Rush Fees may apply to Over-the-Counter and Saturday orders, or on 2-Day or longer orders needed sooner than standard turn-around time.

Monitor Match Guarantee™Digital Pro Lab is a fully color-managed environment where all systems are calibrated and utilize ICC color profiles when printing. All Products within this Pricing Catalog are printed to an industry “standard” of color and guaranteed to match your properly calibrated monitor, or we will redo the order at no charge or refund the order.

Order Changes and CancellationsMany orders are started within minutes of being received. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please call our customer service staff as soon as possible. Once we have begun an order, it may be past the point of changing or cancelling.

Some orders may need to be resubmitted by the customer to preserve order accuracy. If we are able to make changes to existing orders, more time may be required to fulfill the order.

Automatic Quantity Discounts (AQD)Most of the prints and products offered at Digital Pro Lab have tiered pricing, as you will see throughout this catalog. We have established this pricing structure so that our customers receive the best value for quantity (same size/same image) orders.

How does AQD Pricing work?

If you order 1 print from one image, you will pay the quantity 1 rate. If you are ordering more than 10 prints of the same size and the same image, the cost per print will go down.

Order Option InformationOur DPL “Monitor Match” Products are printed to an industry standard of color and contain some of our lowest pricing available to our customers. These products are intended for customers who edit and adjust their own images on calibrated monitors using software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and Apple Aperture. Our “Monitor Match” Products come with our Monitor Match Guarantee™ and require a lab signup process that involves sending test images to the lab in order to evaluate your current monitor calibration.

Shipping InformationShipping Your Order to YouWhen your order is shipped directly back to you, we will include an invoice in the package. Your order will arrive in lab-branded packaging with our return address.

We require that your order be paid before shipping. We can call for a credit card number or you can send us a check. We will ship the order after the check has been received. Alternatively, we give you the option to keep a credit card on file with the lab for the shipment of your orders.

Drop Shipping to Your ClientWhen we “Drop Ship” or “Ship to Alternate Address”, the orders leave the lab in un-branded packaging and do not include any billing information. The order will have your return address on the package, so if there is an address issue, the order will end up at your location.

Shipping RatesWe can ship by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Pricing is based on weight and will be added to your order total. We take every precaution to maintain the quality of products shipped. Texturing, Mounting, and Die-cut services are not available on Quick Print orders. Quick Print orders will be ready in 2 hours from the time the order is received by the lab, Monday through Saturday. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be ready the next day by 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturday by 12:00 p.m. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays will be ready on Monday at 10:00 a.m. The lab is not responsible for delays due to technical issues.

Photo RestorationWe offer expert Photo Retouching services so that your old photos will have new life and longevity. From color-correcting faded photos to digitally repairing tears and scratches, our trained Photo Retouching and Restoration specialists are here to help.

Pricing is determined by the amount of time required to complete the project. As all Photo Restorations are different and require different amounts of time to perfect, we ask that you bring in your photo so that we can give you an accurate quote.

We can either print your retouched image on one of our Professional Kodak Papers and/or burn it to a Disc so you can print reprints or enlargements later.

Want someone taken out or added to a photo? We can do that too!

Monitor CalibrationWant to have your monitor calibrated? We offer Monitor Calibration for our customers who would prefer to do their own color corrections and image editing, giving you the control that you want over the look of your images.

All of the printers at Digital Pro Lab are calibrated to an industry standard of color using ICC Profiles. We offer a Monitor Match Guarantee™ to all of our customers that are working on a Calibrated Monitor. If your prints don’t match your screen, then we’ll reprint your order at no charge or give you your money back!

The turn-around time to have your monitor calibrated is Same-Day. Bring your computer in before 10am and it will be ready at 5pm on the same day. Monitor Calibrations are done by appointment only.

If you have a Photography Studio, we offer In-Studio Monitor Calibrations to qualified customers. To have one of our color management specialists go out to your studio and perform an In-Studio Monitor Calibration, your studio must have a store-front and be located in San Antonio, inside Loop 1604.

All customers that are working on a Color-Calibrated Monitor are eligible to order through any of our “Monitor Match” Print ordering softwares (DPL ROES Monitor Match). If you would prefer to have the lab edit your images for color, density, brightness and contrast, then “Monitor Match” Printing is the best option for you. If I’m having my monitor calibrated, what do I need to bring?

You will need to bring in your monitor, computer, 2 power cables and monitor-to-computer connection cord (VGA, DVI, Mini DVI, etc.), as well as your operating system’s username and password.

Mounting OptionsWhile many people just need prints, we offer a variety of mounting options as well. If you are framing a print, you don’t want those prints to slip or buckle. Mounting them on Artboard, Styrene or Masonite is the way to go. Our 3/16 and 1/2 inch black and white Gator Foam mounts are a great way to display your prints if you are not framing them. But we recommend upgrading to our Standout Mount. It has a finished black edge and holes on the back, giving your print a contemporary look that is ready to hang.
