o so now the question becomes how do i mantain regular life and yet maintain godas focus

o there are many no of ways of doing that and in facto

o for example while going in a car u can join in a bhajanao sing the glory of godo u can try and help otherso social serviceo some times it becomes necessary to focus on work , a pilot has to focus on driving

, a doc has to focus in patient

o and clearly one cannot focus on chanting the name of godo how ever swami has told us a simple way to some out of the apparent difficultyo just think of god before u start the worko there after u doo your work u have to doo when it is all over just say a word of gratitude to godo that is allo if u do that u will be through out united with meo during the worko and believe me i shell see out from the most difficult surgerieso a surgeon for example when he startso surgerieso but u know some thing this all need a strong will powero the mind is so difficult to controleven arjuna thorough out his hand and complain
