Greetings to all in the AISATS family! As we arrived at our 5 th anniversary from incorporation on 20 th April 2015, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the loyal support and hard work. Over the past year, we have met many challenges, particularly with an increasingly high cost environment coupled with lower yields due to intensifying competition. This has meant that cost management and waste minimization are all the more important now. Through all these challenges, the AISATS family has managed to bound even closer to emerge stronger for yet another successful year. While we continue to receive accolades for our efforts, we also continue to be the market leader at our 5 locations in India Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi (DEL), Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru (BLR), Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad (HYD), Trivandrum International Airport in Thiruvananthapuram (TRV), and Mangalore International Airport (IXE). We also continue to receive encouragement from our customers to further expand our presence to other parts of India and to redefine airport service experience at those new locations too. New Customers The past year saw AISATS welcoming 2 new members to our AISATS customer family, the latest being Vistara in January 2015. We are also pleased to have extended and/or renewed contracts with many of our existing customers in the past year, including Air Mauritius, Etihad Airways, Malaysia Airlines, Saudi Arabian Airlines, SilkAir, and Thai Airways. These renewals are testament to our commitment to our valued customers. Investments, Innovations, & Certification Since inception, AISATS has invested substantially in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) across all business units. In the last year alone, we have invested more than INR 85 crores in GSE. AISATS also recently obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification at DEL and ISAGO certification at HYD, BLR, TRV and BOM HQ. Both ISO and ISAGO certifications will be extended to all the AISATS locations in the coming months. At our award-winning Airfreight Terminal at BLR, we received our Good Distribution Practices (GDP) certification, making AISATS the first such service provider in India to get such a certification. Besides the existing airfreight terminal, AISATS also recently held a ground breaking ceremony for BLR’s first fully dedicated perishable cargo handling centre - the “AISATS Coolport”, at Kempegowda International Airport. With the GDP certification and the AISATS Coolport, AISATS’ customers can be assured of strict compliance by AISATS with the GDP requirements set out by the World Health Organisation (WHO) for its handling of pharmaceutical products. AISATS has also voluntarily undertaken certain initiatives to contribute to the protection of the environment at its BLR Airfreight Terminal. To start with, we are one of the first airport services companies in India to implement the e-freight initiative that will bring agility, cost effectiveness, increase efficiency and further speed up custom clearance in our cargo operations. More recently, we initiated the usage of renewable and clean burning Biodiesel for forklifts, apart from waste management initiatives that ensure the safe handling and disposal of waste. Learning & Development In December 2014, AISATS inaugurated its refurbished Learning Centre at DEL. Besides a more conducive learning environment, the refurbished centre also has CUTE (Common User Terminal Equipment) systems installed to enable direct training of airline- specific modules. AISATS was also granted a licence to conduct Dangerous Goods Regulation (DGR) training programmes at their Trivandrum facility by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), becoming one of the few airport services companies in India with this distinction. With these new facilities, AISATS will reduce its dependency on external training facilities and can now provide one-stop learning centres for a vast number of professional programs designed to meet the needs of our esteemed customers. In the coming year, we will also be introducing more new courses to enhance the development of our staff. We will continue with our push to create a learning environment so that each individual staff is able to develop, expand their capacity & capabilities and to perform to their potential. Values – Safety & Security, Pursuit of Excellence, Customer

First, Concern for Staff, Integrity and Teamwork. I have

reproduced my thoughts from last year’s address as it is now

ever more important to keep in mind as you go about your daily

work:

Always be Safe & Secure– As we go through our daily duties,

we must not forget the importance of safe & secure operations.

Any processes or equipment that might affect safety and security

must be highlighted and rectified immediately.

Transform our Operations – Besides minimizing waste, always

be on the lookout on ways to improve our operations to improve

service & productivity, whether it is by harnessing technology, or

through re-designing the service process.

Instill a Service Culture – Always put yourself in your

customer’s shoes, anticipate the customer’s needs in advance to

go beyond what is expected.

I encourage everyone to live out our core values every day, not

only through our speech, but more importantly, through our

attitude & actions.

Once again, I would like to take this opportunity to thank

everyone for your hard work, contribution and great teamwork.

In the coming year, I wish you and your families good health,

peace, happiness and success!
