At established structure of NEXANS project,the process from ERP machine run to working at the machine operator is controlled by Scada.

To get work permit of machine,faults,energy and quality information of the production material are controlled by Scada and they are recorded in the ERP and reporting database.

The application is running on a server and the machines can be monitored online via the web.SQL Server 2000 software is used as a data base.Organized a special reporting program for managers.Scada program controls machines with Dynamo ERP program by integrated working.

SYSTEM STRUCTURE


There is 1 master S7-300 PLC at project and there is S7-200 PLC at the slave machines.

Ethernet and Profibus infrastructure are used for communication at the project.

S7-300 and SCADA are connected each other via the ethernet line.

Profibus line disconnection is monitored from the upper purple line.

PC time with PLCs time can be synchronize. The working status of machine is observed

according to the color through the boxes on the screen.

Transitions can be made from machine groups through the tabs in the top.

It is shown that the machine's 24-hours changes by clicking on the main screen machines.

Also in addition projected reporting software in Web and Windows environment.

PROJECT REFERENCE


The purpose of the wireless flowmeter monitoring program MUNICIPALITY OF VAN is being reported the leakage of water in the province of Van. The system is stored in the SQL server by reading and writing datas on an area of 25km2 with using GPRS technology.
