Before Recorded History

~12,000 ­ Enoch, The First City is built. Caine created the Second Generation. [VtM2,p13] The Second Generation created the Third (Antediluvians), the Third created the Fourth and

The Great Flood. Caine believes this was punishment for returning to the world of mortals.[VtM2,p13]

The Second and Third Generations created a great multitude of Progeny against Caine’srestrictions. The youngest Generations rose and slew their Sires, drinking their blood.[VtM2,p13]

8300 ­ The Second City is built. Second City: The Third and Fourth Generation built another great city, the Second City.

For nearly two millennium (some say 23 centuries), the Fourth Generation ruled the city,

7000 ­ The people rose up and killed all Kindred they could find in the Second City. [VtM2,p13] It is believed Troile’s diablerie of Brujah was the act which caused the infighting that broke

Ashur Embraces Shaitan at this time. He is the Second to be Embraced by Ashur. He

lives in the Second City for a time. He meets Ba'al and becomes his first follower.

6000 ­ Agriculture in the Nile valley begins. The Second City falls.

The ferocious nature of the Brujah did not arise until after the fall of the Second City.

The 13th Century

~1200 ­ Clan Toreador helped start the Italian Renaissance. [Cb­To,p14] A Tremere composed a short work on daemonology titled Nominis Inferni from excerpts of

It is said that the Inquisition started with a Toreador being angered by another Toreador’s

1201 ­ Pope Innocent III calls for the Albigensian Crusades. 1205 ­ Goratrix infiltrates the Church and takes control of it. He uses it to destroy enemies of the

Tremere. The Council decides that Goratrix has overstepped his bounds and calls him beforethem. Goratrix runs away and hides after his power is taken away and given to Mistridge. [Cb­Tr,p18]

First Anarch movement starts due to Inquisition killings, because Elders sacrificed their

childer to save themselves. [Cb­Tr, p18]

The Kiasyd overthrow the Ventrue in Strasbourg, Germany.

~1300s ­ During the middle of this century the Black Death appeared, causing more distrustamongst the kindred as the Tremere had only just arrived. Most of the 9th & 10th generationkindred in London die, due to feeding on tainted kine. Mithras takes advantage of this andcaptures the head of the Tremere Chantry to make an example of him. 1300 ­ The Mound­builder empire declines. 1313 ­ The Inquisition winds down. The Society of Leopold takes up the slack.

The Templars are denounced for heresy. [VTDA, p241]

1331 ­ The Aztecs begin to build their empire. Shaitan orders the deaths of all shape­shiftersfound through out Mexico.

1348 ­ Petrodon (Nosferatu) is embraced by Cristo. [Anar, p86]

Mid 14th century ­ Danislav revenants used a dark gift to overthrow Count Florescu and takecontrol of his fiefdom. [TbN,p158]

1349 ­ The Eastern Lord Ventrue vainly try to set up a number of Saxon princes as part ofanother council. Many are killed; some are eaten; all are abused. [TC1,p103]

1395 ­ The Ventrue Hardestadt is killed when the Brujah Tyler attacks his castle. Hardestadt theYounger conceals the death and begins to impersonate his sire. The story is circulated thatHardestadt the Elder survived Tyler's attack. Only a select few of Hardestadt the Elder's progenyknow the truth. [Cb­Tr, p19]

Late 1300's ­ Djuhah (Assamite) sent several powerful Mediterranean elders to their final gravesand turned on the most thrilling game of all ­ his own clanmates. [CotN,p11]

By the end of the 14th century, the entire warrior caste and no few sorcerers and viziers

The 15th Century

~1400 ­ Elaine de Calinot (Tremere) is embraced. [Cb­Tr, p67] Clan Tremere lost both the original and the single copy of Nominis Inferni to agents of the

Inquisition. Believed the Inquisitors destroyed them until they heard rumors that at least

one copy was in the hands of an infernalist in Central Europe. [BM,p63]

Johann Kloepfer (Tremere) wrote Das Tiefe Geheimnis translated "The Dark Secret" it

contains the foundations of Thaumaturgy along with the most common rituals and paths.

Rapheal de Corazon (Toreador) makes his famous speech about the Fifth Rule of the

1460 ­ The Wars of the Roses takes place in England. [WoD, p12] 1462 ­ Constantinople falls to Muslim Turks. 1465 ­ A rogue branch of the Tremere within the anarch ranks make its presence known.

Descendants from Goratrix, these rogues seek protection from the Tremere within the ranks ofanarchs. In the 16th century, when the Sabbat forms, the Tremere antitribu are cursed (much liketheir sire Goratrix) with the mark of the traitor magically branded on their foreheads. Throughinvisible to normal sight, the mark is instantly noticeable by any non­Sabbat Tremere. [TC2,p112]

1472 ­ A gathering of Cainites meet in Hermanstadt to discuss the "Dracula problem." At thecharge of Count Radu of Bistritz Vlad Tepes is brought to him and then it is decided theantediluvian Yorak (TC4,p14) will Embrace him. [TC2,Act I]

1476 ­ Tired of years of slavery and oppression, the Gargoyles revolt and declare their freedom.Most of the Free Gargoyles join the Camarilla. [HoT, pg 81, 87]

1486 ­ The Camarilla declare a bloodhunt against the Assamites. [Cb­A, p16] First global convocation of the Camarilla meets. [TC1,p104]

1985 ­ Thirty­eighth Justicar election. Carlak re­elected Justicar. [CotN,p42] Petrodon is re­elected. 1988 ­ The Sabbat of Montreal destroy the Demon Methatiax and purge the Sabbat of Montreal of all

of it’s followers. The next year in the city is chaos, until the Sabbat are purged from the city by theCamarilla, let by Justicar Petrodon. The Justicar dies at the hands of Cardinal Strathcona, whobarely survives the encounter himself. Archon Cock Robin is offered a promotion to the position ofJusticar, which he accepts. A mere handful of Sabbat are able to flee the city, including a horriblyscarred Strathcona. The Sabbat of Canada are scattered.

1989 ­ Romanian vampires, regardless of clan or sect, unite to expel Russian vampires from theirmidst. Those who do not leave are destroyed or go into hiding. [TC4,p119]

1990 ­ Most Brujah Council Members in Russia send their KGB agents etc, against MikhailGorbachev (they were against his reform plans), but all agents vanished without trace. [Cb­B, p21]

The 21st Century 2000 ­ Major ritual in Mexico City during Palle Grande results in the apparent deaths of many of the

Ultraconservative members of the Sabbat including the the Regent of the Sabbat, Melinda.Galbraith, as well as almost all of the Tremere Antitribu.

2000­2001 ­ 6th Maelstrom ripped through the Shadowlands, ending July 28th, 2001. 2002 ­ A wave of madness sweeps across the Camarilla Malkavians, returning Dementation to

some of the clan in the Camarilla. [CotN,p44] 2003 ­ The Night of Bloody Terrors: Giangaleazzo (Lasombra Antitribu) destroyed the Sabbat in his

city and burned the Code of Milan then joined the Camarilla. [CotN,p64] 2004 ­ Salubri Antitribu lead by Adonai join the Sabbat, and start embracing frequently. 2006 ­ After several years in hiding, the Harbingers of Skulls reveal themselves to the Sabbat and

join the sect. 2008 ­ Various domains in the United States suffer minor Sabbat incursions with minimal success. 2009 ­ A large freighter filled with unusual items sent from Robert Fitzgerald Milliner to Venice

inexplicably sinks in the Atlantic. Clean up revealed that while the wreckage remains at the bottomof the ocean, none of the supposed items seem to remain in the twisted metal.

2011 ­ The 40th Justicar election was performed. The same Justicars are elected easily and rumorsabound that the current Justicariate shall remain unchanged for many decades to come.

2011­ A powerful 7.2 magnitude earthquake strikes Van Province, Turkey. Justicar Pierterzoon is

known to have traveled to the location shortly thereafter. 2012 ­ In the lead up to December 21st, Gehenna cults become more prominent as an astrological

and occult event of significance comes to pass. The Camarilla remains vigilant in rooting out suchcults. Oddly, nothing of note seems to happen on the date in question leaving many cults defunct orlooking for answers.
