Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days with a £20 per person non-transferrable, non-refundable deposit. All private events will have a minimum number depending upon the room,
day and date – this is the minimum number that will be charged.
Group bookings of 100 guests and more will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit within 14 days of making a provisional booking. The organiser is responsible for collecting payment
for deposits and final balances and to pay this by the agreed date. The balance is payable no later than Monday 28 October 2019. Full pre-payments on all Christmas/New Year events are non-refundable
and non-transferable. Cancellations become non-refundable 21 days prior to the event.
Children under 16 years old are not permitted to attend any of the festive events. All pre-booked drinks are to be paid for in advance of the event. The management reserves the right to refuse the
service of alcoholic drinks. We reserve the right to move events or rooms or cancel an event if that proves necessary or minimum numbers are not achieved. All menus must be pre-ordered in advance. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices and menu content due to fluctuating
conditions. All accommodation rates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Food allergies and intolerances: we welcome enquiries from guests who wish to know whether dishes contain particular ingredients. Please note: before placing your order please inform a member
