Soul- centred astrology is bas ed on th e u nderstanding that there is a spark of div i nity, or 'soul ' with in eac h of u s. Accordin g t o thi s c osmology , reincarnat io n and the rea li ty of th e soul are acce pted as fact. Many sense this div i nit y. The moments of deep i nsigh t, peac e, awe, wonder, grace a nd love that we h ave all experienced at some tim e are voices from the Soul . It is safe to say that ev ery one of them fell il l because he had los t t hat whic h t he living reli gions of ev ery age hav e g iven to their followers, and none of them has been really healed who did not rega in his religi ous outlook." [1] Thi s soul , or div in e spa rk, strives towar ds un ity a nd per fection, and accor din g to the Anci ent Wisdom teachi ngs, its moti vat ion is selfl ess and its purpos e i s service to humanity or contributio n to the greate r whole. It is ess entially a hu manitar ian phi losop hy and is therefore hi ghly appropriate for our i ncoming Age of Aquarius.
