SPEND SOME TIME LEARNING... We've changed how we structure Rotary grants. Our new system (previously known as Future Vision) focuses primarily on three grant types—district, global, and packaged. Don’t let classifications get in the way of Membership.
The average size of clubs are 35 Members at present in
N. America
Set goals and be transparent—make sure the whole club really
understands the financials.
Really bring and explain to the Club just how much Foundation
Giving comes BACK to the club.
Rotary offers true personal growth—teaches people
leadership, not for profit management, public speaking,
geography and global understanding and much more. It is not only
about “Service Above Self” and personal check writing.
Make sure new and perspective members understand this.
Make sure all know how to use Member Access and Rotary Club
Central and educate them on what they can see and learn in this
tool. Update previous years.
Load all your successes in ROTARY SHOWCASE.
Think multi-club in endeavors—think big.
Expose all Rotarians to Rotary beyond your own Club.
