Located on the 200 Level of the iconic Mercedes-Benz Superdome, the four Club Lounges are the perfect place for your next meeting/presentation. With sleek, curved wood panels, carpeted floors, dimmable lights,

LCD monitors and black-out curtains for windows, the Superdome Club Lounges offer a comfortable, professional environment to suit your needs.

Lounges in their standard configuration are equipped with black leather lounge seating, glass coffee tables, 4-top dining tables, highboys and barstools and fabric-covered dining chairs.

Each Club Lounge features 2 glass-enclosed rooms which are perfect for speaker ready rooms. On the followings pages you will see the space transformed into the ideal meeting venue with example theater-style

configurations.

For this presentation, the client utilized the entire Club Lounge (center area and two sides flanking center), which accommodates approximately 1,000 persons in theater-style configuration, with ample space for

attendees to move around.

The Mercedes-Benz Superdome has ample in-house 6' tables and blue clarin chairs for booth set-ups. For this Career Opportunity Expo, 40 booths were positioned throughout the Club Lounge.

For this presentation, the center portion of the room was set theatre-style for approximately 275 persons. Client opted to bring in two (2) large screens flanking the stage along with blue draping and backdrop banner

featuring company logo.

Depending on attendance figures, clients may opt to keep a portion of the existing Club Lounge furniture in place. Featured in the above photo: theatre-style seating in center portion of room; existing dining tables &

chairs border both sides of center section of room.

28 LCD televisions are located throughout each Club Lounge with the ability to project presentations or a company logo.

Many clients opt to bring in black pipe and draping for a dramatic backdrop for the Superdome’s in-house staging.

Each Club Lounge features two full service built-in bars with illuminated glass columns and granite counter tops, easily utilized for food & beverage stations for break time.
