value engineering, resolve design problems, preparation of construction documents, team

building, leading a team of supervisors & technicians for effective and efficient project

implementation, Manage project to meet time and cost requirements, supervise ongoing

project activities, material submittals with specification compliance, subcontractor selection,

To Scrutinise the Contract Design Drawings & Specification.

Co-ordinating with the Main Contractors for the builders work for the Electromechanical

Installations.

Preparing Material Submittal complying with the specification and getting the

consultant’s approval.

Preparing Method Statement complying with the specification and getting the
