CoMPany introduCtion
Fawaz group started as a pioneer in its market when founded in kuwait 41 years ago, on may 30th, 1973, by mr. mubarak abdul-aziz al Hasawi (the “Founder”), starting a gigantic business with a long success story and track record in kuwait, and extending its presence into the u.a.E, Saudi arabia, Qatar, bahrain, oman, iraq and yemen.
Fawaz refrigeration and air-conditioning Co. (mubarak abdul aziz al Hasawi & Cos. llC) (“Fawaz uaE”) was incorporated on 16 january 1975 in Sharjah, united arab Emirates as a specialized electro-mechanical contracting business and a member of a local conglomerate “al Hasawi group”. Fawaz uaE is a diversified business in the complete value chain of project engineering, project contracting, planning & control, installation, operation & maintenance, systems and mEp services.
Fawaz uaE is licensed to operate in the entire united arab Emirates through its branches in abu dhabi, al ain, dubai, ras al khaimah, ajman & Fujairah.
Fawaz group employs a total of 3,600 staff members across the middle East. Fawaz uaE currently has 230 qualified staff and a labor force of 1,500 skilled workers.
Fawaz has completed more than 150 diverse projects, e.g. residential / commercial buildings, luxury villas, high rise buildings, shopping malls, schools, mosques, hotels etc., in the course of the last four decades.
Fawaz uaE has 3 supporting business divisions:
1. The Trading Division: through this division, Fawaz is trading in air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment, pumps, motors and other related equipment and accessories.
2. Facilities Management Division: the Fm division provides a complete range of services in the facilities management domain.
3. workshop Fabrication division: this division is our manufacturing arm that provides the fabrication, supply and installation of HvaC air ducts and accessories and HvaC pipe works and accessories. our workshop services provide our customers with steel fabrication, repairing, overhauling, servicing compressors, motors, rotary equipment and mEp equipment.
