You will need:

1. Bread

2. Salmon

3. Philadelphia

4. Knife

Instructions:

1. Wash your hands

2. Cut up the salmon

3. Cut the bread

4. Put Philadelphia on the bread

5. Put the salmon on the bread

6. Enjoy

You will need:Meat – usually lamb, sometimes

beef;Vegetables;

Potatoes,Onions,Carrots,

Any other vegetable of your choice (e.g. leeks,

broccoli)Seasoning – salt, pepper,

herbsWater.

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.2. Cut the meat (beef or lamb) into bite

size pieces.3. Dice the vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions). Other vegetables (leeks, broccoli etc.) may be used,

however you will have to judge at which stage they should be added to the dish while cooking, to avoid over cooking.

4. Place your meat and vegetables in a suitable oven dish and add enough

water to cover the contents.5. Sprinkle salt and pepper (or

additional herbs) to season the dish.6. Place the dish in the oven and leave

for 2 hours, checking regularly.7. The Irish stew is ready for eating as

soon as it is lifted from the oven.8. The dish is also suitable for freezing.

IngredientsBase• 12 digestive biscuits• 4 oz butterFilling• 1 large tube cream cheese• 4oz icing sugar• 3/4 pint whipping cream• 1 large packet maltesers

Method1. Crush the biscuits.2. Melt butter and stir into biscuits. Spread mixture on base of tin.3. Whip the cream.4. Beat the cream cheese and icing sugar together.5. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture.6. Crush maltesers and add into mixture.7. Spread the filling onto the digestive biscuit base.8. Leave in fridge overnight to chill.9. Enjoy!
