Consultations
Allow ample time to cover all that is needed in each
consultation. Most weddings require a 4 step meeting
process which can be done in person, by phone, or by
Zoom/Facetime; this is to ensure we make the most
of our time.
Communication
Consultations, Emails, phone & conference calls,
video chats, etc. will apply in utilizing planning time.
All meetings and phone calls will all be scheduled
in advance, so you never wonder what is next.
Investment
Clients pay a $5K retainer to start the process, which
covers the first 20 hours of planning. After that,
clients will be invoiced monthly based on the number of
planning hours needed. Overall cost is determined by
overall needs, & where you are in the planning process.
Contract
Planning begins once a signed contract is received with
a retainer (applied to the first 20 hours of planning).
