The metro’s is a restaurant which sell fast foods with organic ingredients.
Previous Motto: “Think fast food is a junk food, think again”.
“Let Us stay healthy with You”.

2. Price not specified whether nett or still taxable
3. The beverage menu is not varied
4. Menu offered does not conform to the expectations based on the
restaurant’s name.
EFFECTIVENESS
Firstly, the offered menu is not related to the motto of the restaurant.
WHY ?
The foods does not contain any organic ingredients.

We don’t find any words to show whether the price include tax or not.
THE PRICE IS NOT SPECIFIED WHETHER
NETT OR INCLUDE TAX
In our opinion, they should add some drinks, such as; mineral water, fresh juices.

VARIED.
When customer look at the restaurant name, the impression does not match with the offered menu.

•First impression of the beverage menu, there is only cappuccino drinks made with coffee machines. We think they can maximize the functions of
coffee machines to create more variants of coffee beverages.
