Picked from a single varietal of tea plant (Quin Xin), on the slopes of the

Jade Mountain in Taiwan, early infusions have a creamy smooth, vanilla

character. The later infusions reveal a complex roasted honeyed tobacco

character.

We offer classes for groups up to 20 all week. Our bartenders

will take you through the history of cocktails from the 1800‘s to

our modern twists.

Masterclasses include a cocktail on arrival, tutored construction

of cocktails & also a generous portion of Dim Sum.
