Fossacolle Brunello di Montalcino(Tuscany, ITA)Intense yet light in colour with opening aromas of spiced plum, espresso, cherry, smoke, tar and a wonderfully complex herbal character. Cantina Colli Euganei Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry(Veneto, ITA)Straw yellow in colour with slight green hues and a fine, persistent mousse. Its aromas are fresh and fruity with delicate floral hints. Super light, sweet, delicate and lively on the palate without being aggressive. Great as a palate cleanser.
