omni world/our working place…7. The enemies are our agonies…

KAMA (lust) - Excess of kama KRODHA(Anger) –Anger/ego/

pride/discrimination LOBHA (Greed) - Bonding with selfishness MOHA (Delusion) – pity,ignorance & love FEAR ILLUSIONDESPAIR &ANXIETY

The arrows shooted by the Arjun for killing the enemies is his actions under the guidance of Pragya/wisdom/vivek.

As before the war Arjun was having mental, health problem.

thoughts Practice of meditation…. Daily practice for approximately 20 minutes Practice of emotional culturing… Daily reading good books for

approximately 1 hour or Satsang Practicce of Karmyoga…To do selfless practice means serve for needy

people/creatures Practice of Bhakti Yoga...Surrender to almighty and serve the humanity Practice of Laughing… for 5-10 minutes daily..Releases all tensions Forming maitri and muddita groups we can form mentally healthy

society..

ASTANGYOGA OR HATH YOG IS THE PRACTICE ADVICE FOR HOLISTIC HEALTH
