Introduction
Mental Health and Substance Abuse in Construction –Practical Tools and Management.
Working Well Together (WWT) was set up in 1998 up by the Construction Industry Advisory Committee (CONIAC) and is Celebrating 20 years as an organisation.
For this anniversary event, we have a fantastic drama production company who will demonstrate the impact of mental health and substance abuse through performing arts.
This will be followed by 2 interactive workshops giving you practical tools on how to manage, assist and identify health risks within your business.
Over the past 20 years, the construction industry has made great improvements in terms of safety, however we still have much to do health wise.
WWT are pulling the industry together to tackle these issues and help make construction stronger, healthier and altogether safer.
This event is aimed at Directors, Senior Managers and supervisors.
The event is supporting Mates In Mind.Donation boxes will be made available throughout the day.
