STATEMENT OF PERSONAL LEARNING GOALS.
English is a language that is very important around the world not only for its
popularity, it is also because with the English language people can get involved in the
business world. As we know English is a language that is used in every single country to
make a product well known around the world and that is why it is a language that is
necessary to know especially if we want to success in any business project.
The main reasons and expectation I have for taking Business I are that this subject
will help me a lot in the improvement of my future profession through the activities that
will be developed in classes. I think at the end of this course I will be able to recognize
some technical vocabulary for communication within the business context, to apply rules
of socialization with people of different cultures in order to interact in the business world,
to analyze rules of communication through technological resources for business issues,
to prepare simulated telephone support in different commercial aspects, to assess business
projects for entrepreneurships. So, I think those activities will help me to have a better
understanding about the business subject because it is the first time I will take this subject.
I will contribute to attain the learning outcomes successfully applying the
techniques to develop the skills not only in class. I will apply them at home and wherever
I am with my friends. I will communicate in English in all the occasions that will appear.
Also, I am going to do my best, participating in an active way in class, doing my
homework, paying attention in classes and asking some things that I don´t know or
understand to the teacher because those things are essential in a student to understand a
topic.

FINAL REFLECTION
English is a language that is studied in every single career and is used in almost
all jobs especially in some important enterprises that are international and have
conventions with others countries. In consequence, if we want to learn the skills to have
a better communication with people who are involved in the business world is necessary
to study and understand the different techniques that are used in the business context.
Business I helped me a lot because it was a new subject for me and all the things
that were provided in classes were very helpful in my present career and in my future
profession as a teacher. I learnt important and interesting things as recognize some technical
vocabulary for communication within the business context, in which I learnt some new
vocabulary and expressions that helped me to express my ideas in a better way when I am with
business people. In the objective prepare simulated telephone support in different commercial
aspects, I learnt how to answer and express my ideas while having a business phone call with
confidence. Finally, in the objective assess business projects for entrepreneurships, I learn to
create and write business projects. I was the most important thing I learn because I will be
involved with some projects and in this subject I learnt the base for my future projects.
In conclusion, Business I was a subject very useful in my training as a student
because with all the knowledge that was provided to me I will have an improvement.
Also, in my future profession as a teacher because everything I learnt is very useful and
applicable in daily activities.
