In order to get the upgraded benefits, you need to leave

the HKBU group on Mendeley, then join again.

Here are the 7 steps to do so.

1. After signing in on www.mendeley.com, click on the tab “Groups”.

2. Click on “Hong Kong Baptist University”, which should be listed as your institution group.

3. Click on “Leave this group”.

4. Confirm by clicking “Leave group”.

5. Type in “hong kong baptist university” and search.

6. Rejoin the group by clicking on it. It should be the first one on the result list.

7. Confirm by clicking “Join this group”.
