i.e. female needs more company and attentionto her inside feeling, and male needs care abouthis outside habits, like cleaning up

enviroment, instead it causes us toact in certain ways.

Multiple expressions, personalityis displayed in more than justbehaviour, it can be seen throughthoughts, feelings, closerelationship and other socialinteractions .



C ognition, or also known as cognitive processcan be either natural or artificial, concious orunconcious .

The concept of cognition is closely related toabstract concepts such as mind, reasoning,perception, intelligence and othercapabilities of the mind and also, qualities of the artificial mind .



They differ in school or workmatter in how and how wellthey think.



Natural difference betweenmen and women is that men

beget and women bearchildren which is theuniversal truth.Men in the past used to

think women are weak.However, these days somewomen are stronger thanmen in our society today.



Three main natural differences between men andwomen which Plato has relied along to ruling,defense and provisioning the city, high intelligence,high spirit and ability for production and trade arenot distributed in any consistent way between themale and female .



W omen have been seenclimbing up the managementladder, many have questionedif women have what it takes tolead an organization or agroup.

Based on a research, bothgenders are equally effective insome settings but it dependson the fit of settings andmanagement gender.



both men and women can be goodleaders unless varied work setting andworkplace is given, things might beslightly complicated for both sexes.

W omen are more likely to be role-models, helping their employees todevelop their skills and motivatingthem to be more dedicated andcreative.

As for men, their command andcontrol style may backfire in a social-service or agency or retail outlet



Psychologists have proven that men andwomen differs in very few significant ways asboth are gifted with the same ability.

Based on Plato s principal of social justice,he says that most women have highintelligence and various talents.

Nevertheless,intelligence and talents aredistributed without regard to gender.
