Supports Rochester Symphony Orchestra & Chorale Our commitment to music performance is clearly seen in our active support of the Rochester Symphony Orchestra & Chorale, through both financial and volunteer contributions. Each year we sponsor an RSOC concert, the concertmaster chair, the principal harp chair and a trombone chair. Jere will discuss works by Mozart, Beethoven, and Brahms. October 18, 2013 Art and Music: Making the Connection Ashley Hall & Nathan Tighe: trumpets Rochester Art Center Trumpeters Ashley Hall and Nathan Tighe will teach the audience about important events in history and their influence on the development of art and music over the centuries. They will explore art from the Renaissance through Post- modernism alongside live music from Palestrina to Berio.
