Memberships

GREENCustomers who have spent a total of ¥1,500 or

more at Parkview Green FangCaoDi Shopping

Centre in a single day are eligible for Green

membership.

ELITECustomers (including Green cardholders) who

have spent ¥8,000 or more at Parkview Green

FangCaoDi Shopping Centre within a calendar year

are eligible for Elite membership.

INFINITYCustomers (including Green & Elite cardholders) who

have spent ¥1,000,000 or more at Parkview Green

FangCaoDi Shopping Centre within a calendar year are

eligible for Infinity membership.


Membership Application & Terms of Use

1. Customers with proof of purchase at Parkview Green FangCaoDi Shopping

Centre and valid personal identification ( ID card, passport, or drivers’

license) can apply for membership.

2. Parkview Green memberships are registered on a real-name basis.

Cards may only be used by the cardholder. Only one card will be issued per

cardholder. Memberships may not be transferred or loaned.

3. Members must present their membership card to receive access to

member benefits.

4. Members must use their membership card according to the terms of use

in the Parkview Green Membership Handbook. During special promotional

events, memberships may be subject to additional rules.

5. The Membership Handbook is subject to change. Notices will be posted at the

Member Service Centre and on the official website. For details, please contact

the Member Service Centre, members will not be notified individually.

Notes :

The following documents cannot be used for the membership application :

• Receipts from the theatre, supermarkets, F&B outlets, Tesla, individual kiosks, Parkview Green Art, repair and maintenance of a timepiece, coupons, and vouchers.

• Receipts not issued at Parkview Green FangCaoDi Shopping Centre or not issued on the same day of application.

• Receipts from which points have already been awarded.

• ID cards or other identification documents which have already been used to apply for a membership card.


Reward Points & Redemption

1. Members can earn reward points for their purchase. Reward points are calculated with the total amount of same-day purchases. For

every ¥10 spent, one point is awarded. For some specified brands, every ¥50 spent, one point is awarded. Remaining amounts spent

worth less than one point are not counted (Please refer to Member Services Centre for more information about specified brands).

2. Proof of purchase must be brought to the Member Services Centre on the day of purchase for points to be awarded. Proofs of purchase

dated outside this period will not be counted.

3. In order to protect the interests of our members, when redeeming points for gifts, cardholders must bring valid identification and the

membership card to the Member Services Centre. After points are redeemed for gifts, the points are immediately deducted from the

card. The gift should be examined on-site. Once points are redeemed for gifts, no cancellation or return is allowed.

4. Some reward gifts have specific restrictions, such as limited quantities, or other restrictions. The above restrictions are noted in the

official website or Member Services Centre notices.

5. The point-earning period is from November 1st each year, to October 31st of the next year. Points earned will remain valid for two

months after the period ends (till December 31st). If points are not used before December 31st, they will be forfeited (please refer to the

schematic below). Reward cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Reward gifts are redeemable from November 1st to December 31st each year. For the types and availability of reward gifts, please refer

to Member Services Centre notices or visit the official website for more details.

Notes :

• Reward points can only be used by its cardholder. Reward points

from different memberships cannot be combined or transferred.

• Reward gifts are part of Parkview Green reward program,

therefore formal invoices cannot be issued.

• During special promotions, terms and conditions are subject to changes.

• Retail store employees and Parkview Green employees are

not allowed to participate in the reward program.

• All the reward gifts are not for retail sale.

Maintaining Membership

Returns & Refunds

1. Merchandise return or exchange are handled by its retail store. If the merchandise has been used to earn reward points, the retail store will

notify the operation manager to assist with the reward points adjustment accordingly. Members should present their membership card,

original purchase receipt and any gift redeemed to complete return or exchange.

2. If merchandise is returned after points have already been redeemed, the reward points will be deducted and the reward gift must be returned.

If the reward points balance on the card is insufficient for the deduction, or the gift has been opened, used, broken, or cannot be returned for

any reason, the value of the reward gift must be paid by cash or credit card. A Parkview Green receipt can only be given for the amount received.

A formal invoice cannot be issued. The amount paid for the reward gift cannot be applied towards any promotion or event.

3. The values of the reward gifts are clearly stated in the Reward Book, on the official website, and at the Member Service Centre.

Parkview Green reserves the right to change the type and value of the reward gifts and the final right of interpretation of these materials.

1. Green membership at Parkview Green is valid for the lifetime of the member, but the points on the card are valid for a specified period.

2. If a Green member spends ¥80,000 in one calendar year, or an Elite member spends ¥1,000,000 in one calendar year, that member’s status will

be automatically upgraded to the next level. The member will be notified of the upgrade by the Member Services Centre, and will then receive

a new card.

3. If an Elite member’s spending does not reach an extra ¥80,000 every two years, the card will be automatically downgraded to a Green Card. If an

Infinity member’s spending does not reach an extra ¥1,000,000 every two years, the card will automatically be downgraded to an Elite Card.

4. When a member is upgraded, the valid points will be transferred to the new card, and the previous card will be immediately invalidated.

5. Members’ status upgrades will be notified by email or text message to the member.


Membership Card Loss & Reissuance

Membership Handbook Revisions & Termination of Membership

1. If the membership card is lost or damaged, the member should report the loss or bring the damaged card to the Member Services Centre, along with valid identification, in order

to receive a new card. The previous card will be immediately invalidated. The reward points will be transferred to the new card without changing their expiration date. There is a ¥30

charge for card reissuance. There is no charge for the first Elite Card reissuance. Infinity Card reissuance is always free of charge. A Parkview Green receipt can only be given for

the amount received. A formal invoice cannot be issued. The amount paid for the reward gift cannot be applied towards any promotion or event.

2. If a member’s card cannot be used due to normal wear and tear or quality problems, the cardholder can bring the card, along with valid identification, to the Member Service

Centre to receive a new card for free and have reward points transferred. The old card must be returned.

1. Parkview Green reserves the right to change or revise the Membership Handbook at any time (including, but not limited to,

membership status standards, terms and conditions, and reward points). If there are changes to the Handbook, notices

posted in the Member Service Center will be final, as members cannot be notified individually.

2. If a member violates any of the terms of use in the Membership Handbook, misuses the card, or uses the membership

status for illegal or fraudulent purposes, Parkview Green has the right to freeze that cardholder’s account and to

terminate the associated membership.

3. Parkview Green has the final right of interpretation of the aforementioned Membership Handbook.

4. If there is any unresolved business, disputes, or questions about the Membership Handbook,

the differences will be settled in consultation with both parties.

5. After the membership status has been terminated, all of the points remaining on the card will be automatically invalidated.
