She is the second child of Rolando Donal Mascual and Esther Manzano Villanueva

Clarisse had 2 siblings, her older brother Darrel and younger brother Jason.

Life and EducationAs a child, Clarisse had none of

those privileges her other kids from her school had. Since her parents had a low salary, she had contented with what they have and was happy.

She was enrolled in a public primary school in Balulang where she learned most of her basic education.

Her parents strived hard to send her to a well off school during her secondary and tertiary level where she took Bachelor in Science in Development Communication
