How to Make Homemade Cupcakes

Dry Ingredients
3 cups of all purpose flower
A tablespoon of baking powder
¾ teaspoon of salt
2 cups of Granulated sugar
Other Ingredients
Two sticks of unsalted butter
4 large eggs
1 cup of whole milk
1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract
Equipment
Equipment
Large bowl
Sifter
Mixer
Wisk
Flour, Salt,and Baking Powder
Place a sifter over a large bowl
Sift together your flour, baking powder, and salt into the bowl
Place over to the side
Butter and Sugar
Place you butter(at room temperature) and sugar in a bowl
Mix the combination in your mixer on a low speed
Turn up the speed to medium
Mix on medium to it looks light and fluffy
Eggs
Add in the eggs one at a time
Turn of the Mixer
Scrape down all the batter off the sides
Milk and Vanilla
Place the vanilla extract into the milk
Wisk it
Combining the mixtures
Turn the mixer to its lowest speed
Put in about 1/3 of the flour mixture
Put in about 1/3 cup of milk mixture
Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you run out of flour mixture and milk mixture
Mixing
After adding all the ingredients turn off the mixer
Finish mixing by hand
Preparing to Bake
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
Line the cupcake tin with cupcake wrappers
Scoop your batter into the wrappers with an ice cream scoop
Baking
Put cupcakes in the oven
If you are are baking with two pans switch the shelves they are on half way through
Bake for 20 Minutes
Cool and Ice for a delicious cupcake
