RAID functionality for servers, workstation and

network storage environments. With perfor-

mance and features comparable to SCSI RAID,

such as battery backup support, this adapter is

an enterprise-level building block for your SATA

storage solution.

BatteryBackupofCrucialData

Support for an optional battery backup unit

provides extra data security in the event of a

complete AC power failure or brief power outage.

The LSIBBU01 protects the integrity of the cached

data on the MegaRAID SATA 150-6 controller

and provides an inexpensive alternative to

using an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).

DynamicManagementUtilities

The MegaRAID SATA 150-6 management software

suite consists of a complete set of tools including

BIOS-embedded CTRL-M, character-based

MegaManager, and the graphically powered

Power Console Plus (PCP). These software

utilities provide the capability to configure,

manage, and monitor MegaRAID SATA 150-6

adapters, physical drives, and logical drives.
