Meeting space includes water and iced tea. The rental period is on a per
event basis or 12 hour time period. Rental period includes basic setup and
breakdown.
Gallery-$165
The Gallery is the perfect setting if you are hosting a group of 20-64 people. This room offers seating up to 60 theater style, 50 classroom style, 64 seated
banquet style and 60 for a cocktail reception.
Boardroom-$95
For meetings of 10 or less people, the Board Room is the perfect space. Integrated audio visual
equipment allows for quick set up and power point presentations.
Sonoran Theater-$125
* The Sonoran Theater can accommodate up to 23 guests.
If conducting a lecture, the Sonoran Theater is available. The Theater comes complete with an
82” flat screen monitor for amazing power point, DVD or Blu-Ray presentations.

All events serving alcohol require a bartender. The fee is $50.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum or minimum sales of $300.
