Syllabus Basics: Late Work Policy
All work is expected on the due date. All assignments will be listed on Canvas and in Pinnacle; thus, absent students will be aware of work missed.
If a student is absent on a day when an assignment is due, that assignment must be submitted on the day of the student’s return for full credit.
If a student is absent on the day new work is assigned, that assignment must be submitted within two days.
For each day an assignment is late, 10% will be deducted, until the fifth day when a Z will be issued. The student has until the end of the quarter to submit all outstanding work, starting at 50%.
