Minutes of the Samiti Published on the website of the Samiti on 8/8/2014. The copy of said rr~inutes is also put up on the Notice Board on 8/8/2014. Decision of the Samiti in respect of Colleges are published on the website & also put up on the Notice Board on 8/8/2014.

Decision is conveyed to the Student's of YMT Dental College and also to the Principal of YMT Dental College by a separate letter dated 8/8/2014.

Accountant. The students admitted in Academic Year 2014-15 and there after continuing their studies will pay an enhanced fee of 5% each successive year as per the norms for 2014-15 till completion of the course. For example if the fee approved is Rs. 1,00,000/- then from 11" years onward till completion of the course i.e. say 11, I11 and IV year the fees will be Rs. 1,05,000/- per @. I n case the students take V th years for completing the course then he shall pay the fee approved in that year. Worksheet - Calculation sheets are available in the office.

Item No. 5(b): To consider and decide on letter dated 31/07/2014 received from Modern Collese of Phvsiothera~v reqardins the late Submission of Pro~osal of fee fixation for AY 2014- 15. -

Considered the letters dated 21/7/2014 and 31/07/2014, to extend the time to file the proposal. Time is already extended upto the end of August by resolution Item No. 5 Sr. No. 1 dated 14/7/2014 on payment of late fee charges of Rs. 10,000/-. There would be further extension upto the end of September 2014 on payment of late fee of Rs. 30,000/-. Please note this is going to be the last extension. Office to communicate.

Item No. 6: Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

1) The time to submit the proposal online is extended up to 30/9/2014, subject to payment of penalty of Rs. 30,000/- for per proposal per course as late fee in the form of Deniand Draft/Pay order in favour of "SHIKSHAN SHULKA SAMITI, Murnbai" payable at Mumbai. The hard copy to be submitted within 7days thereafter.

It is mandatory to all Colleges/Institutes to submit their proposal online. This is apart from submission of hard copy (the print out of the online submission) thereof. It is made clear that there shall be no further extension of time.

2) Received email letter dated 25/8/2014 from S.R. Pandit and Co. in respect of MET Institute of Nashik. The remuneration to be paid was Rs. 4,50,000/- (including service Tax). But as there is stay in the proceedings from the Supreme Court in the matter the Samiti feels that some advance may be paid and the Samiti resolves to pay Rs. 1,50,000/- at this stage.

The next meeting of the Shikshan Shulka Samiti (Medical Education) would be held on Tuesday the 16'~ September 2014 at 11:30 a.m. in the Meeting Hall, Office of the Samiti at 305, Government Polytechnic Building, 49, Kherwadi, Ali Yawar Jung Marg, Bandra (E) Mumbai 400 051.
