TREASURER’S REPORT – Katie DeRosia

BANK BALANCES AS OF May 09, 2014:

Plain Capital Bank Checking Account Balanace: $59,804.29

INCOME: Total = $5,545.59

• Carnival Expenses Total: $2849.59, School Store: $320.00, Hospitality: $168.46, Fuss Free: $77.44, Box Tops $791.10, Spirit Night (All Star Burger): $300.00, Class Shirts: $32.00, Talent Show $1007.00

EXPENSES: Total = $2,333.94

• Carnival: $2,010.89, Talent Show: $31.46, SOS Days: $21.84, School Store: $269.75

TREASURER’S REPORT – Katie DeRosiaTHE NEW BUDGET WILL BE VOTED ON IN THE NEXT BOARD MEETING.

IN SUMMARY THE NEW BUDGET IS AS FOLLOWS:

• PROJECTED INCOME: $77,723.00

• PROJECTED EXPENSES: $73,090.00

• WITH NET INCOME OF: $4,633.00

MAJOR CHANGES IN BUDGET WILL BE:

• WE WILL REMOVE THE COOKIE DOUGH LINE ITEMS AND WILL REPLACE THEM WITH THE FUN RUN EXPENSES (APPROXIMATELY $1000) AND INCOME (PROJECTED $15,000).



REPORT OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD- Lara Anton, Vice President

• Executive Board met on April 29th with quorum present.

• Actions not requiring further action of the General PTA:– Voted on LTE PTA Spring Carnival and Silent Auction Date

is Saturday, April 11, 2015.

– Voted on Fall Fun Run and Fuss Free Fundraisers for next school year.


• Actions Taken Requiring Further Action of PTA:

• The PTA must have three check signers on the LTE account. They are the President, Treasurer and one additional board member. The new signers will be on the account before June 30th.

– Motion to approve Janene Angulo, Wendy Martinez, and Laura Guerrero as signers for the 2014-15 school year. - Angela Frankhouser

• 2013-2014 Membership Drive Totals:– Total Members: 352– Faculty/Staff Members: 100% Faculty, 85% Staff– Membership Cards have been distributed. Contact

REPORT OF VICE PRESIDENT, FUNDRAISING

- Linda Briscoe

• Fuss Free – – Rock Star Sponsor

• Any fuss free donation over $100 during the school year.

• 100% of your donation goes to LTE.

• You will receive a car decal and recognition.

• Tax deductible.

• Fuss free donations are accepted in any amount all year.

– Fridays are SPIRIT DAYS at LTE!! Wear your LTE shirts to show your school pride! LTE spirit wear t-shirts are still available in the school store.
