About you, your expectations and HR Focus for YR2010 - Azam
1. (About me) EE background, like to see how people responses to technologist
2. (Expectations) HR synergies (many other Managers may not have the opportunities) and quick ability to explore solutions/options to deal with present and future HR related issues.
3. (What can I contribute) Informal fortnightly meeting to encourage communication between team members, facilitate HR Forum to capture and share HR learning
4. (Key success factor) Good teamwork and good technology platform to quickly share information and quickly solve common HR issues for FIZ Companies.
