MARK COMBS Mark’s been in the wireless industry for more than 20 years and has been T-Mobile’s principal negotiator on our spectrum clearing team. He’s known for his strong engineering, problem-solving and negotiation skills. Mark has a master’s degree from Creighton University and earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of San Diego. Mark is located in Bellevue, WA.

CHRIS WIECZOREK Chris grew up in what he describes as a “Motorola family” and had an early interest in two-way radios. This early tinkering led him to bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering at Georgia Tech University, before pursuing a telecommunications law degree from the Catholic University of America in our nation’s capital. Chris bikes to T-Mobile’s Washington, D.C. office.

KATIE MILLER When Katie left the motorcycle industry almost a decade ago, she made a beeline for the wireless industry – most of it with T-Mobile in tower management and operations. Katie helps drive T-Mobile’s outreach to broadcasters and is working to make certain T-Mobile understands broadcasters’ needs. Formerly at T-Mobile’s headquarters, Katie now works in Irvine, California and is completing her studies at Brandman University.

SCOTT HEWETT Located in New Hampshire, Scott is a senior-level consulting executive experienced with wireless industry antenna manufacturers and deployment contractors. A Boilermaker with a degree from Purdue University, Scott supports T-Mobile’s spectrum strategies and broadcaster outreach.
