Welcome to Elluminate, where our VC class will be held
Click tools, Audio, and Audio Set Up Wizard
1.Select YOUR audio input deviceA.If you’re using a
headset try “Line In”B.If that does not
work try Microphone again.
C.If you don’t have any options you may need to contact Tech Support
2.Test your microphoneA.Click the record
buttonB.Talk into the
microphone at a normal level
C.Adjust the slider as necessary to show some green and yellow but NO RED!!
3.Click play 4.Choose Yes
5.Select your audio output deviceA.There should be
only one optionB.If there are no
options contact Tech support
6.Click the play button to hear a recordingA.Slide the adjuster
for the volume as needed to hear it better
7.Last step promise!!A.If everything
sounds good to you click ok
B.If not go back and change what you’d like
C.Once you select yes you’re done setting up audio wizard!
How do I Talk?!?
Microphone off…. Microphone on….
When given rights to talk, turn your microphone on and off by clicking it
How do I send Messages?!?
You can send messages in class as long as you have rights to do so. Type your message and choose who you want to send it to and click send.
Who is in class with me?!?
You can see who is in class with you in the participants area at the top left of the screen
