re:DEFINING

progressivevision

You spend 100,000 hours at work during your lifetime

(that’s over 11 years straight). We think that time should

be spent enjoying what you’re doing. So we’ve set out to create a workplace that maximizes the tenant

experience, fosters collaboration, and allows you

to spend 100,000 hours of your life in a place that’s just

plain awesome.

Washington Square will be optimized to encourage its habitants to eat, drink, play,

explore, think, talk, relax, and work... all in a way that inspires the task at hand.

We learn and work best when surrounded by others, unhindered by boundaries

(both physical and mental). Our goal is to provide a new way of work, one that helps you grow your business and

cultivate your most important asset: your employees.

re:INTRODUCING

A place for fun.

Because work is just the beginning, we’re arming Washington Square with a bocce ball court, tenant lounges, an indoor/outdoor coworking space complete with a fireplace, and a zen garden to boot.

re:VITALIZING

A place to work.

Redesigned from the ground up, to keep your employees happy and energized, encourage connections between your neighbors, and give your business the best possible home to foster its growth. That means an improved conference center, exceptional food service, and an enhanced fitness center.

THIS IS JACK.

Jack’s an educated & techy young executive who has the choice to live and work anywhere he wants. He bikes to work (year round) from his loft apartment in the North Loop. He stays caffeinated (also year round) and is always on the move. He loves his job and loves his company’s new space in Washington Square, located in the suddenly hot Mill District.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF JACK.

It starts with a bike ride from the North Loop to the Mill District, on the new separated bike lanes.

Then it’s off to Minneapolis’ first Intelligentsia, which happens to be located at Washington Square, before work.

A quick mid-morning errand at Whole Foods... to get some whey protein (don’t judge) and a smoothie.

Where better to take the client to lunch than The Bachelor Farmer? Watch - delivered. Lunch - consumed. Client - won over.

Finish the day off at the the Stone Arch Bar at The Depot – a hidden gem of downtown (conveniently located 1 block from Washington Square) – for drinks with coworkers.

Then it’s a nice walk back to work, with a mid-afternoon game of bocce ball at Washington Square’s new tenant court. Tomorrow is the group run along the river, so take it easy.

The perfect client gift? A made-in-USA watch from Shinola’s newest store.

Then it’s wherever the night takes him in the neighborhood... and eventually off to bed, excited to start his Mill City living all over again tomorrow.

And back to work, walking through the art gallery in the lobby of Washington Square for some quick inspiration.

start over there
