Nadi Jyothisha - Jeeva and Sareera

Out of many important factors which have to be taken into consideration and special attention has to be paid for

assessing the results of a House or Bhava are Jeeva and Sareera. The soul is named as Jeeva and the body goes

by the appellation of Sareera. The Jeeva and the Sareera have to be worked out for every Bhava or House for

proper predictions as they are the main planets on whom the results depend to some extent. It may be noted thetthe jeeva and Sareera planets should be benefics to the particular native and well posited in the chart apart from

bene fic aspe cts etc for good results to flow. One has to conside r whether the jeeva a nd Sareera planets are inimical

to each o ther. Various authors and scholars have d ivergent views about the Jeeva and the Sareera. They have their

own methods to find them out.

According to som e Nadi Granthas, the Lagna is the soul and the Chandra Lagna is the Sareera. From these it follows

or could be inferred that the Lord of Lagna is the Jeeva Planet and the Sareera Planet is the one which owns the

Chandra Rasi. Their Strengths or Weakness is reflected in the results. For predictions Lagna along with Chandra

lagna and placement of Planets with reference these Lagnas are examined.

Another view is that the owner of the house where a particular Bhavathipathi is posited is the Jeeva of that Bhava

and the Lord of the House in which the Jeeva Planet is situated in the Sareera Planet. For example in a Mesha

Lagna Horoscope in which Guru is in Simha and Ravi is in Vrishchika as per the chart 1 given below. The Jeevaplanet of 9th house is Ravi and Kuja is the Sareera Planet of the 9th House.

The Lord of the 9th House Guru is in Simha so the Lord of Simha is the Jeeva planet of 9th House. Ravi, the Jeeva

planet is in Vrishchika so the Lord of Vrishchika-Kuja is the Sareera plane t.

Some scholars arrive at the Jeeva and Sareera Planets by taking into consideration the Karakathwas. The Lord of

the house in which the Karakathwa is situated become the jeeva. The relevant House Lord counted from the

placement of karakathwa planet become the Sareera Planet. The principle can be elucidated from the followingexample.

In Chart 2 where the Lagna is Mesha , the Moon, Chandra is in Kanya. One of the Karakathwa of Chandra is Mother.

As Chandra is in kanya, its Lord budha becomes the jeeva planet for mother. 4th house represents mother so 4

houses counted from the placement of chandra is Dhanus, the lord of dhanus Guru becomes the Sareera planet for

    mother.

In the stellar system of astrology, the constellations and their lords are the basis to find out the jeeva and sareera

planets of the respective bhavas or houses in a chart. The jeeva planet is the lord of the constellation in which the

particular Bhava Lord is po sited and the Sareera plane t is the Lord of the star in which the Je eva plane t is situated.

For example in a Mesha lagna horoscope, when Chandra ( lord of the 4th house ) is in the constellation Uthiradam (

Ravis star ) Ravi is termed as the Jeeva Planet for the 4th house. Ravi ( The Jeeva Planet in this case ) is in the

constellation Po orattadhi, so the lord of Poorattadhi i.e., guru becomes the Sareera planet for the 4th House.

Ravis jeeva planet for 4th house in Guru is the sareera planet for the 4th house.

Ravi is in Poorattadhi and Chandra is in Uthiradham.

When the jeeva planet joins another strong or powerful planet, the powerful or stronger planet becomes the jeeva

planet. In o ther words the stronge r or powerful planet snatches away the right of the other planet. This may happen

in the case of Sareera also .The following example will make it clear. See chart 4 where Sukra is exalted in Meena.

  • 8/13/2019 Meena 2 System Based on NADI Principles

    3/17

Ravi is in Poorattadhi and Sukra in revathi. Chandra is in Uthiradham.

Sukra is the jeeva planet and Budha is the Sareera planet of the 4th house.

In the Chart no 4, Ravi and Sukra are in Meena, on account of the exaltation of Sukra, Ravi does not become the

Jeeva Planet though Chandra is in the constellation of Ravi.

In cases where the Bhava lord is in his own constellation, the Bhava Lord himself becomes the jeeva Planet. The

Lord of the house in which the Jeeva lord is tenanted is the Sareera planet. For clarity see Chart 5 and ex planation

    thereon.

    Chandra in Rohini.

In the Chart 5 Chandra the lord of 4th house is in Rohini ( Chandras Constellation ) So Chandra becomes the

Jeeva Planet and as Chandra is in Vrishabaha ( owned by Sukra ) Sukra becomes the Sareera Planet for the 4thBhava or house.

At times the Bhava lord is not only situated in his own constellation but also placed in his own house and in these

cases the Jeeva planet itself becomes the Sareera planet. For explanation see chart 6.

    Ravi is in Uththiram .

The Lord of 5th Bhava ( Putra Bhava ) Ravi is in the constellation Uththiram which is owned by Ravi himself so he is

the Jeeva plane t. As Ravi is in his own house simha , he is the sareera planet for the 5th house . In this connection it

may be noted that Ravi and guru have one of their constellations in their respe ctive houses.

For good and favourable results to flow, the following po int have to be conside red along with other factors.

The Jeeva and Sareera planets should not be inimical to each other.

The Gunas acquired by the Jee va and Sareera plane ts should be in consonance with their own gunas .

They ( jeeva and Sareera planets ) should be in benefic houses.

The respective planets ( Jeeva and Sareera planets ) should not be associated or aspected by their enemies

or situated in their enemys houses.

The situation of Jeeva and Sareera planets in their friendly houses, exaltation houses, own houses and

aspects of benefic planets should also be noted.

The Jeeva and Sareera Theory as stated above are only extensions of principles in respect of houses applied

to the constellations and their lords.

    Prediction -Stellar Effects(Stellar Astrology)-Meena 2 System

The Subject Predictive Astrology is one of the most complex parts in Astrology, most astrologers will be able to

consider themselves in the subject. Predictive part and Timing of events poses the greatest challenge to an

astrologers reputation. Now a days it is very difficult to get a Astro Guru who can fairly proficient to part his

knowledge to the society and he lp in interpret the secrets of a strology.

Vaikuntavaasi Sri N V Raghava Chary (Meena 2) had given number of principles and interpretation techniques to

arrive at timing of events in his work Practical Stellar Astrology (based on Nadi P rinciples). In his Meena 2 system

he had given easy principles which helps an astrologer to foresee results. This article is based on Meena 2system(Stellar Astrology)-I have taken one principle from his work and want to state here that how important the

    Stellar Astrology in Prediction.

    PRINCIPLE

In cases where friendly and benefic planets aspect each other mutually, when a plant is situated in one of the

constellations of the mutually aspecting planets, one can foresee beneficial and auspicious results at appropriate

    period or periods.

    Lagna Chandra

    Rasi

    Guru Ravi

In the above example, the Lagna is Mesha for which Guru is a Yoga Karaka Planet. Guru is in Uthiradam, the

constellation belonging to Ravi who is also a Yoga karaka for Mesha Lagna. Chandra is the Lord of 4th House.

There is the mutual aspe ct between R avi and Chandra who are friends and further the Lords o f 5 and 4 are mutually

aspe cting which is good as a Yoga is fo rmed. As Guru who is in Uthiradam gets the e ffect of Ravi and Chandra who

are also the friends of Guru. Under these circumstances beneficial results will be the outcome.

    PRINCIPLE

In cases where friendly and benefic planets aspect each other mutually, when a planet is situated in one of the

constellations of the mutually aspecting planets, one can foresee beneficial and auspicious results at appropriate

    period or periods.

    Lagna Guru

    Guru is in Uthiram

Here the Lagna is Vrichika and Guru is a Yogakaraka for the said Lagna. Guru is in Uthiram. The constellation

belongs to Ravi. Ravi is the owner of Simha and he is in the 10 th House. Sani is with Ravi in Simha where Ravi is

more powerful than Sani as Ravi owns the house and he is also in the 10th House. There is also enmity between

Ravi and Sani. So these examples are choosen to vividly demonstrate the effects and influences.

As Guru is situated in the constellation of Ravi, Guru gets the effects of both Ravi and Sani (as they are together).

The beneficial results will have an edge over bad results.

    Lagna Guru

    Guru is in Uthiram

It will be noticed in this Chart 2B there is the same combination of Ravi and Sani but it is Kumbha where Sani is

stronge r than Ravi. So Guru gets mo re of T hamasic Guna and less of Ra jasic Guna. In the previous illustration Guru

was more Rajasic than Thamasic. In Chart 2B, the native is likely to fee l more of bad results than of Good results or

    Effects.

    Guru is in Uthiram

In this example (2C) also Guru is posited in Uthiram. The constellation belonging to Ravi. Note the mutual aspect

of Ravi-Sani from their own houses. The results or effects are likely to be mixed in nature. The reason is that

aspe cting plane ts try to impose their influences on the o ther.

    Guru in Uthiram

In this Chart (2D),Ravi is in Uthirattathi (Sanis Star) and he is also aspected by Sani from his own house. Thus

Guru becomes practically a Thamsa, hence there is a likelihood of bad effects and a very minute degree of

bene ficial results as Guru aspe cts Sani.

Above illustrated exa mples will definitely give some indication to every one that stellar effects are very impo rtant in

prediction. The predictive side of Astrology is very tough as well as thorny, whatever system that is applied or

    followed for forecasting the events.

    Importance of Astrology

The Astrology has its effect from the ancient days to modern days. There are plenty of astrological views in Vedas

meant for knowledge. The subjects depend on the person who understands and reproduces the fact. The study of

various me thods o f astrology is es sential for accurate prediction.

In India , the way in which Naksatravidya, the science of stars, has been thought of even in the Vedic literature

shows that it was regarded as one of the intellectual attainments. The word Naksa tra means star in general as well

as an asterism in the zodiacal belt. The star groups or naksatras were referred as Devagraghas. Parts of the body

(Kalapurusa) in terms of naksatras has been described, the same has been explained very well in future lessons to

come. This will help the students in medical astrology to identify affected parts and to suggest proper remedial

    measures.

Horasastra or predictive astrology relating to horoscopes of individuals emphas izes that Karma and Punarjanma are

powerful determinants of the lives of individuals. The individual has to perform good deeds and lead a pure life so

that he can reap the benefits of good deeds and lead a pure life so that he can reap the benefits of good planetary

influences in his future birth. Astrology is, there fore, a valuable guide to look up to, in order to have an insight into

one's own life, he re as well as he reafter. Astrology is not only a good guide but warns the wary about the weak andbroken bridges on the way..

The Prayacittas or expiratory rites prescribed in the Dharma Sastras suggests that man is no automation in the

hands of an inexorable Fate. It is the conviction of great sages and saints that by the self effort coupled with

sincere devotion to God and faith in oneself man can rise above the influence of his environments. The twelve signs

of the Zod iac represent soul pa tterns.

The Sun ,atmakaraka and the Moon Manokaraka, these energies or powers will provide the required inner strength

    to the na tive.

The acts of creation (srishti), protection (sthithi) and destruction (laya) are embedded in the womb of the all

powerful time and this carinations are brought about as a consequence of this subtle power. The Sun by his daily

movement s and the change of seasons brings to perfection the embryo in plants and animals and brings about

    8/17

various changes on the earth. The Moon bring nearest to the earth exercises much influences on it and as she

wanes and waxe s rivers to swell, the tides of the sea rules and plants and anima ls affected.

The greatest men like Kepler, Pythagoras of the world believed in and practiced some of the basic problems in

one's life which can be e ffectively answered by astrology. The ques tions like the purpose for which one is born, the

profession of the person , his financial status, marital happiness and other problems relating to marriage, wife and

children, various tensions and accident proneness, and the question of death and so on can also be answered in

astrology. Although knowledge of astrology will help to understand or analysis the mental and physical qualities of

any man and the fo rtunes and m isfortunes that wait him and his progress in the world whose actual mom ent of birth

is accurately known or otherwise can be analyzed through the horary or sakuna sastra. There is a proverb to quote

Fools o bey plane ts while wise m en control them.

An intelligent understanding of the stellar science could enable them to transmute their sorrow into equinity, their

pleasure into understanding and ambition into benefic influence. Such a goal would however require much deeper

    knowledge of a strological occultism.

That which is inevitable cannot be a ltered but many of the unhappy conditions of our life are susceptible to change .

As students in the study of astrology they realize that we are here for certain purposes, each in his or her own place

according to an orderly to cosmic plan, with opportunities to produce certain results by refining our reactions to

    planetary influences.

There is not only pleasure but satisfaction and profit as well in the knowledge which astrology provides. Astrology

asks only impartial, fair investigation on its merits and when accorded always emerges with the same respect other

    sciences enjoys.

Any one with ordinary ability can learn much of Astrology. It is no longer a difficult study. With proper instruction and

a reasonable amount of effort one can learn to cast a horoscope and read it so that it becomes a guide regarding

    impo rtant affairs of life.

Some say that astrology is n art, some others rejects it as an ideal dream or an illusion. I would like to state here

that astrology is a science and that it can render very useful service to one and all and create faith even in the

septic, if one studies sincerely this course and Meena2 system.

    Prediction Techniques-KP

The art of prediction of timing of events prognosticated by various indications or combinations found in the BirthChart or Horary Chart. It goes without saying that success in reading charts depends to a considerable extent on the

skill of the astrologe r and methods applied by him to predict correctly the probab le periods of the various events of

life indicated by the birth chart or horary chart. There are number of methods available to give prediction, if an

astrologer follow a easy and tested method without much of mathematical calculation then he will become very

successful and his name and fame will skyrocket.

The primary commitment of an astrologer is to predict the events to the customer. Events are of various types.

Nevertheless the typical customer, being immensely curious, pesters the astrologer to know when he can expect

good events in his life. However experience of renowned astrologers whom I have association proves that KP

formulas are working very well in p in pointing the e vents in life.

In Stellar astrology, the star is very impo rtant and it needs due conside ration in prediction. Each star is d ivided into

nine unequal divisions called sub divisions named as SUB and each planet is allotted one sub division in the same

proportion and in the same order as per Vimshottari Dasa System.

The Lord of the sub division is called sub lord. In KP System the cusp refers to the beg inning of the house . The lord

of the sign in which the cusp falls is referred to as Bhava lord or House lord, the lord of the star (constellation) in

which the cusp falls as Star lord and the lord of the sub division in which the cusp falls as sub lord. Similarly we will

have to analyze for the Plane t Sign, Star and Sub lord.

The Sub Lord of the Sub-division in which the cusp falls signifies the result of that House or Bhava more

predom inantly among the Sign lord, star lord and the sub lord is use ful for detailed read ing of that Bhava. In Stellar

astrology the planet deposited in the particular star gives the results of the lord of the star and acts as an agent.

The planet transiting in a sign is the source of the event, the lord of the star in which the planet is transiting

signifies the nature of the event according to its nature, occupation and lordship, while at the same time the sub

lord decides whether the event is favourable o r not according to its nature, occupation and lo rdship.

    Significators: -

The following are the significators o f Bhava in the order of strength.: -

Plane t deposited in the constellation of the occupant of the Bhava (this is the strongest)

    The occupant of the Bhava.

The plane t deposited in the constellation of the lord of the Bhava.

    The lord of the Bhava

The planets conjoined with or aspe cting the above s ignificators and also the Bhava in question.

    How to select fruitful significators?

The selection of correct significators gives accurate prediction. As such, which of the significators are fruitful and

which o f them are just temptors have to be found out. I f many planets become significators, then the selection will

have to be made from am ongst them either on se lective basis or in the order of strength or by elimination bas is by

eliminating the just temptors or weak significators.

Methods to p redict the timing of events: -

An event will materialize during the conjoined period of the Dasa, Bhukthi and Anthara lords who happen to be the

common planets derived from the significators and the ruling planets.

    Method 1: -

While timing the events, when the event is to happen within a few hours, the transit of Lagna is to be considered.

If the event is to take place in a few days, Moon's transit will have to considered.

If the event is to take place within few months, the Sun's transit will have to be taken into account.

If the event is to take place in som e years, the Jupiter's transit will have to be conside red.

    Method 2: -

The timing of event can be worked out by tak ing into consideration the cross transit of the Dasa lo rd, Bhukti lord

and Anthara lord who will be within the common planets.

    Method 3: -

To find the timing o f event, the transit of Dasa lord, Bhukthi lord and Anthara lord is to be taken into account.

The event materializes whenever the Dasa lo rd or Bhukthi lord or Anthara lord transits in any of the three

sensitive positions viz the star of the Dasa lord to be taken as the star and that of the Bhukthi lord as the sub or

vice versa o r inter- Dasa, Bhukthi and Anthara lords during that Dasa , Bhukthi and Anthara period.

The above said significators, selection of significators and the methods for finding the timing of events are being

discussed in ou r regular astrological courses /classes being conducted with the guidance o f Sri P. V. K. Punne swara

Rao at Hyderabad . We had given thousands of accurate predictions by following the above said prediction

techniques. Krishnamurthy System of prediction is too simple for precise prediction if you understand the system

    properly.

    Ruling Planets and their Role

Prof K.S.K sta tes that during his resea rch had found that several thousand eve nts tak e place in a day but without

the involvement of Ruling Planet not a single event can take place

The statement of Prof KSK is very powerful because Ruling planets decides the timing of events. To-day we are

studying Astrology to k now when the events are going to take place. Ruling planets theory is an application theory.

We can workout Ruling plane ts for the natal chart and a lso fo r horary charts.

    Ruling Planet definition :

    http://astrologytraining.com/jkr/Articles.html#top
  • 8/13/2019 Meena 2 System Based on NADI Principles

    10/17

Those plane ts that are ruling at the time of query or at the time birth and can contribute for the fructification of the

    events are called Ruling Planets.

Ruling Planets Consists of the following:

    1. Lagna Sign Lord.

    2. Lagna Star Lord

    3. Lagna Sub-lLord.

    4. Moon Sign Lord

    5. Moon Star Lord

    6. Moon Sub Lord.7. Day Lord

    Additionally we can take following ;

If any of the planets which strongly aspe ct or conjuct the ruling planets m entined above planets may be added as a

    ruling planet.

If Rahu or Ketu happens to be a ruling planet then take the Rahu /ketu representations planets also has Ruling

planet. Rahu/ Ketu representation, they represent or firstly gives the results of the planet with which it is conjoined,

then that of the aspecting planet, then the results o f the planets in whose s tar it is deposited and lastly the results

of the Lord of the Sign it is posited.

Principle Involved in selection of the ruling planets

The ruling planets a t the time of que ry would be the ruling planets at the time o f fructification o f the expected

    results/events.

The ruling planets a t the time o f birth would be ruling plane ts at the time of que ry or vice versa.

Here we can take the time of judgement as the time of que ry.

    Common Planets:

As the ruling planets have definite bearing over the events it is found that the common planets between the ruling

planets and the selected significators will contribute for the fructification of the events.

How to link Ruling planets for Timing of Events?

1)We have to select the houses which are relevant to the query say for marriage 2,7,11 houses, for education

    4,9,11 houses, etc.,

2)Iden tify the s trongest significator among the significators.

3)Identify the common planets among the ruling planets.

4)Workout the representations of Rahu and Ketu.

5)If Rahu and Ketu happened to be the strongest significator give maximum importance to them.

An Event will materialise during the conjoined period of the Dasa, Bhukthi and Anthara lords who happen to be the

common planets derived from the significators and the ruling planets.

An event can take place during the cross-transit if Dasa lord, Bhukthi Lord and Antara Lord if they represent

    common planets.

An event can materialize whenever the Dasa Lord transits any of the three sensitive positions. Say, the star of the

Dasa Lord to be taken as the star and that of the Bhukthi lord as the Sub, or vice-versa or inter Dasa,Bhukthi and

Antara lords during that Dasa Bhukthi and Anthara periods- if they represent common plane ts.

If the event to happen within a few hours, the transit of Lagna is to be conside red. If the events are to take place in

few days then the Transit of Moon has to be considered. If the event is to take place within few months, the Sun's

transit have to be considered. If the event is to take place in some years, then the Jupiter's transit will have to be

    taken into account.

While making the Ruling planets, the KP astrologer should have the strong urge for the purpose it is made and

unless the urge for the matter is deep and sincere he should no t resort to ruling plane ts and stated by Prof. KSK.

I strongly suggest that every one should carefully select the ruling planets and use the RP theory for successful

prediction since I had used and observed that Ruling Plane ts never failed in giving accurate timing o f events.

Stellar Effects in Astrology-A Study on Digbala(Based on Nadi Principles)

With respects and p ranams to Late Sri NV Ragha vachary (Meena2), I am e laborating the principles written by him on

Digbala in Practical Stellar Astrology based on Nadi P rincples.

Everyone k new that the lords of the lagna,9th and 10th house are very strong in all aspects and occupy favourable

positions, the native becomes very prominent in life and success come to him from all aspects of life. Over and

above if they possess Digbala without any flaw, then the native may rule a country or may head a government.

All classical texts s tates that

Guru and Budha gets dig bala in Lagna Kendra,

Chandra and Sukra gets dig bala in fourth house,Rahu and Sani gets dig bala in 7th house,

Ravi ,Kuja and ketu gets dig bala in 10th house.

Where as Sri NVR(Meena2) further clarifies and states that a planet need not alone be posited in a house as per

classical texts to ge t dig bala(d irectional strength), even if they ha ve posited in a different house but having stellar

connection or associated with the planets who owns the house that gives dig bala to the planet, is enough for a

planet to ge t dig bala . I would like to clarify further with example charts to the bene fit of the readers.

    Example chart No:1

Guru and Budha gets dig bala in Lgna Kendra. As per nadi principles even if Guru is posited in a naksatra whose

lord is posited in lagna then also Guru gets Dig bala.

    Lagna

    Ravi

    Rasi

Guru is in Uthira naksatra whose lord is Ravi, Ravi is posited in lagna so Guru gets Dig bala.

    Guru

Here Guru is in Ashlesha naksatra whose lord in Budha and Budha is lord of the Lagna so Guru

has got connection to Lagnakendra and gets Digbala.

    Lagna

    Rasi

    Guru

    Budha

Here Guru is in conjunction with Budha and Budha is lord of the Lagna and hence Guru gets Dig

bala due to his association with Lagna lord Budha.

Here we will have to understand the basic principles o f Stellar astrology that the 1)planets delivers their good o r badeffects based on the naksatra they occupy not because they are in uchha or neecha positons in the horoscope 2)

Even if the planets posited in neecha rasi delivers good result when possess dig bala. Lot of astrologers may be

wonde ring that the Sukra posited in Uchha rasi(meena) for a native not in a position to enjoy dasa of Sukra, as per

nadi principles if Sukra posited in Uthirabhadrabada naksatra whose lord is Sani then the native may not get good

results during Sukra dasa.. Here we will have to understand that Uchha status of a planet may not give good results

if they are posited in a bad naksatra.

While analyzing the ho roscope carefully note the constellation in which the plane t is posited and also constellations

lord position in the horoscope and observe dig balas of the planets by using the stellar theory to arrive correct and

    accurate prediction.

prescribed in the Sastras thus incurring the displeasure of the Lord. This in turn impedes the progress of the Jeeva

towards Moksha. The sins are born out of Avidya (Ignorance), and Karmavasana (the latent impressions of the past

and the p resent deeds)-the effects of which can be go t rid of only by atoning and surrendering to the Lord.

As for the impediments, they manifest in different ways:- i) Committing sins deliberately to secure temporary and

trivial mundane benefits .ii) Continuing to commit sins more and more- one sin leading to another in an endless

    chain

Through the Sastra, the individual soul discerns the differentiation as between its self and the body on the one

hand and as between its individual soul (Jeevatma ) and the Universal soul (Paramatma) on the other. He also

comes to know that his deeds (Karma) are responsible for his repea ted reincarnations (Punarjanmas). He therefore

refrains from bad deeds (Papa) and resorts to spiritually meritorious deeds (Punya) as prescribed in the Sastras. He

also becomes aware of the Supreme Lord Sri Narayana and that surrender (Prapatti) to him as the best mean to

reach Narayana and enjoy everlasting b liss.

To the Jeeva who has attained Moksha everything will be pleasant, agreeable and blissful. Even those that

appeared painful or even less pleasurable while on earth because of the constraining effects of the material world

would now appear enjoyable due to the absence of the material binding and the presence of Bhagavan.

While comparing Jeeva and Sareera of Sri Vaishnavism, with that of Stellar Astrology, in Sri Vaishnavism, the

ultimately Jeeva to merge with universal soul and body (Parama tma) to get Moksha o r relief from the cycles o f birth

and death, in Stellar astrology the Jeeva and Sareera of bhava/karaka should go inline with each other to give best

result to that bhava/karaka, so that the bhava/karaka gets satisfied and also the native bestowed with very good

results. Just like the Jeeva(by performing good karmas) gets Moksha the ultimate in the life, in astrology the

bhava/karaka Jeeva and Sareera planets if they are benefic, friends and associated with benefic houses bestows

very good results to the native like blissful Moksha. Working on this line I had worked out certain principles for good

result to flow to the native with the timing of events, as when the event shall fructify by linking dasa, bukthi and

anthara of the birth chart with that of bhava/ka raka Je eva and Sareera plane ts.

Historical Background and Importance of Nakshatra

In India, the way in which Nakshatra Vidya, the science of stars, has been thought of even in the Vedic literature

shows that it was rega rded as one o f the intellectual attainments. The word Nakshatra means star in general as well

as an asterism in the zodiacal be lt. The star groups or Nakshatra were referred to as Devagrahas. Pa rts of the body

of the Primordial Being, Prajapati, have been extolled in terms of Nakshatra. The later exponents of Indianastrology also have imagined the Kala Purusha in much the same way. It seems fairly certain that the Naksatra

Vidya was held in high esteem in India.

In the Vedic as well as the post-Vedic literature including the puranas there are innumerable references to the

auspicious days ion relation to the Nakshatras, for marriages, ploughing and the like. Some of them were even

thought of in terms of punya and papa. Nakshatras and prognostications were usually made on that basis. In the

Mahabharata as well as the Ramayana there are passages that speak of inauspicious or unlucky movements with

reference to Nakshatras well as planets. It seem s fairly certain that the Nakshatra Vidya was held in high esteem in

India. Knowledge of the Nakshatras was necessary for a religious rite called Nakshatresti as well as the Srauta rite

concerning the conse cration o f sa cred fires.

Significance and Importance of Stellar Astrology

Among the greatest wonders of world is the wonder of the Nadi Granthas in India that reveal with stunning accuracy

even the minute details of pe rsons life. Among Nadi Granthas, Dhruva Nadi by Sage Satyacharya o ccupies a unique

place. Based on this Dhruva Nadi, Meena System was developed by Late Sri. R Gopala Krishna Row (Meena 1) and

Late Sri. N V Raghava Chary ( Meena 2) in late thirties. Invaluable astrological principles not to be found in the

classical astrological works are to be met within it upon which one can reliable proceed in the delineation of a

    horoscope.

Generally in traditional astrology almost all the astrologers give important on planet and their positions in the

zodiac. As per nakshatra Siddhantha or stellar astrology, it is not the planets posited going to deliver good or bad

results but its stat lord that i.e the plane ts pos ited in pa rticular star that star lord is going to deliver the result to the

    native.

Stellar Effect in Jeeva and Sareera Theory

The timings of events fulfill an important need of Vedic Astrology. Predictive astrology aims at identifying the

specific period for the occurrence of a specific event. Several principles on this subject have been indicated in

classical texts. Many of them are not available to a large number of modern students. Predictive astrology aims at

identifying the specific period for the occurrence of a specific event. Several principles on this subject have been

indicated in classical texts. Many of them are not available to a large number of modern students. In my research

study, I had no ted that timing o f events can be easy identified by using s tellar effects.

Out of many important factors, which have to be taken into consideration and special attention, has to be paid for

assessing the results of a House or Bhava are Jeeva and Sareera. The soul is named as Jeeva and the body goes

by the appellation of Sareera. The Jeeva and Sareera have to be worked out for every Bhava or House for proper

predictions as they are the main planets on whom the results depend to some extent. It may be noted that the

Jeeva and Sareera planets should be benefics to the particular native and well posited in the charts apart from

bene fic aspects etc. for good results to flow. One has to consider whether the Jeeva a nd Sareera plane ts are inimical

to each other. Various authors and scholars have d ivergent views about the Jeeva and Sareera. They have their own

me thod to find them out. As pe r Nadi system , the following rules to be appled to find out Jeeva and Sareera.

Rule:1The Je eva plane t is the Lo rd of the constellation in which the pa rticular Bhava lord is po sited and the Sareera planet

is the lord of the star in which the Je eva planet is situated.

Rule:2When the Jee va plane t joins another stronge r or powerful planet, the powerful or stronge r planet becomes the Jeeva

planet in other words the s tronge r or powerful planet sna tches away the right of the other planet. This may happen

    in case of Sareera also.

Rule:3In cases where the Bhava Lord is in his own constellation the Bhava Lord himself becomes the Jeeva Planet. The

Lord of the house in which the Jee va Lord is tenanted is the Sareera Plane t.

Rule:4At times the Bhava Lord is not only situated in his own constellation but also placed in his own house and in these

cases the Jeeva planet itself becomes the Sareera planet.

By applying the following rules you can easy identify the eventful periods

Work out Jeeva and Sareera planets for each bhava or the bhave in question and Jeeva and Sareera plane ts for the

Karaka in question. Events will take place or fructify when Dasa/bukthi/anthara lord have any connection to the

Jeeva and Sareera plane ts of the bhave in ques tion. For good results to flow, the Jeeva and Sareera planets should

not be enemies, they should not be placed 6 and 8th positions among themselves, they should not be posited

either 6th or 8th house in the rasi chart.

How to link Dasa,Bukthi and Anthara to Jeeva and Sareera Plane ts to arrive the timing o f events?(Methods)

1.If Dasa or Bukthi or Anthara lords have connection with Jeeva or Sareera p lanets of Bhava or Karaka in ques tion

then fructification of results sha ll happe n at that time..

    2. In transit(Gochara) Jeeva and Sareera planets of a bhava or karaka in question touches the natal(birth) charts

position of Jeeva or Sareera and DBA should have connection to Jeeva and Sareera then results to that bhava

    fructifies.

    3. In Transit(gochara),Jeeva or Sareera planet aspects each other and DBA should have coonection to Jeeva and

Sareera then the connected bhava or ka raka in question fructifies.

Ketu in Pubba Nakshatra.Running Dasa at the time marriage is Ketu dasa/Sukra bukthi/Chandra anthara from 2-4-

    07 to 27-4-07

Bukthi lord Sukra happens to be Jeeva planet for 7th house. Dasa lord Ketu is transiting in Pubba nakshatra

(Sukra), Jeeva planet Sukras nakshatra in Simha rasi at the time of marriage. Kalathra karaka is Sukras Jeeva

and Sareera is Rahu and Chandra, Anthra lord at the time marriage is Chandra having direct connection with

Sareera of kalathra karaka. Over and above Anthara lord Chandra transiting in Jeeva lord Sukras house thula rasi.

Hence the marriage had taken place in Ketu dasa Sukra bukthi and Chandra anthara.(Method 1).
