The villas are of the highest quality thanks to strict quality control performed by licensed companies with the distinction of ISO 9000.

The employed materials are of world leading brands and benchmarks in interior design, such as Saloni, Inalco, Villeroy & Boch, Fantini, Dica, Bosch, etc.

The approved building process is a reference both in quality of the materials and the finish.

The security glass with cameras, and the type of insulation used in the construction of the villas, ensures a pleasant environment with a minimum of electricity consumption.

The concrete is supplied with the set compressive strength (according to the project prepared by the architect Don Pedro Gambín Hurtado) by Holcim, S.A., a company that has quality ratings AENOR and IQNet.Dur ing the var ious s t ruc tura l phases , comprehensive control of concrete is done. This control is performed by an accredited laboratory (Consulteco, SL.) who periodically issues reports of the resistance of the materials used for the realization of the structure, thus controlling everything is fulfilling the quality required by Habitat Creativa.

STRUCTURE BRICKWORKFOUNDATION

The foundation slab and perimeter walls of the basement are made of reinforced concrete, following the strictest quality controls and complying the current regulations such as EHE-08, technical building code and others.

The slabs of the different floors are using unidirectional materials with CE marking, which added to the control of the accredited laboratory ensure the maximum achievable quality.

External walls of thermoclay block of 14 cm, air chamber with thermal-acoustic insulation and interior enclosure with bricks of 9 cm.

Interior walls of ceramic brick of 9 cm, plaster and finished in plain white paint.

Non-slip porcelain polished tiles of the SALONI or INALCO brand, with similar characteristics as the tiles indoors.Choice of different types, colours and sizes are made available in the form of purchase.
