The app will be on the family agenda to keep track of medications of each member of the family. It will provide reminders and notifications on medication expiration dates, refills, and schedules. Finally, the app covers referrals to physicians. In case of a serious condition, if users are in need of professional medical care, the app suggests available physicians with specific specialties for patients contact. Additionally, the app was designed with great consideration to cultural and ethnic values and is available in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese versions.There is a great focus on usability, interactivity, user experience and user interface to create clarity, facilitate communication, and avoid confusion while managing the medical needs of the family. Medicine Cabinet goes beyond the basic functionalities of a typical medical app. It is customized and personalized to guarantee the health and well being of loved ones.
