INGREDIENTS3/4 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup Cannabutter, softened 1 tablespoon vanilla 2 large eggs, slightly beaten 3 cups all-purpose flour teaspoon baking soda teaspoon salt 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup pecans

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream sugars and butter.

Add vanilla and eggs and mix well.

Combine dry ingredients together and

gradually add to creamed mixture.

Stir in chips and nuts. Roll into 1 1/4” balls

and place on non-stick cookie sheets, about

2” apart.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes

INGREDIENTS ½ cup softened Cannabutter1 ¼ cups sugar2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 cups flour½ teaspoon salt2 teaspoons baking powder½ cup milk2 cups blueberries, washed, drained and picked over3 teaspoons sugar

DIRECTIONSPreheat the oven to 375.Cream the butter and 1 1/4 cups sugar until light.Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla.Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder, and add to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk.Crush 1/2 cup blueberries with a fork, and mix into the batter. Fold in the remaining whole berries.Line a 12 cup standard muffin tin with cupcake liners, and fill with batter. Sprinkle the 3 teaspoons sugar over the tops of the muffins, and bake at 375 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.Remove muffins from tin and cool at least 30 minutes. Store, uncovered, or the muffins will be too moist the second day, if they last that long.

Cooking spray8 tablespoons Cannabutter1 cup granulated sugar2 large eggs1/4 cup milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract3 medium bananas, very ripe2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

DIRECTIONSHeat the oven to 350°F and prep the pan. Arrange a rack in the bottom third of the oven and heat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, letting the excess hang over the long sides to form a sling. Spray the inside with cooking spray. If using nuts, toast them in the oven for 10 minutes as the oven is pre-heating.

Melt the butter. Melt the butter in the microwave or over low heat on the stovetop. Alternatively, for a more cake-like banana bread, soften the butter (but do not melt) and cream it with the sugar in a stand mixer in the next step.

Combine the butter and sugar. Place the melted butter and sugar in a large bowl and whisk until combined. (Or cream the softened butter and sugar in a mixer until fluffy.)

Add the eggs. Crack the eggs into the bowl. Whisk until completely combined and the mixture is smooth.

Add the milk and vanilla. Whisk the milk and vanilla into the batter.

Mash in the bananas. Peel the bananas and add them to the bowl. Using the end of the whisk or a dinner fork, mash them into the batter. Leave the bananas as chunky or as smooth as you prefer. If you prefer an entirely smooth banana bread, mash the bananas separately until no more lumps remain, and then whisk them into the batter.

Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Measure the flour, baking soda, and salt into the bowl. Switch to using a spatula and gently stir until the ingredients are just barely combined and no more dry flour is visible.

Fold in the nuts or chocolate, if using. Last but not least, scatter the nuts or chocolate over the batter and gently fold them in.

Pour the batter into the pan. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, using the spatula to scrape all the batter from the bowl. Smooth the top of the batter.

Bake for 50 to 65 minutes. Bake until the top of the cake is caramelized dark brown with some yellow interior peeking through and a toothpick or cake tester inserted into the middle comes out clean, 50 to 65 minutes. Baking time will vary slightly depending on the moisture and sugar content of your bananas — start checking around 50 minutes and then every 5 minutes after.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Set the loaf, still in the pan, on a wire cooling rack. Let it cool for 10 minutes — this helps the loaf solidify and makes it easier to remove from the pan.

Remove from pan and cool another 10 minutes. Grasping the parchment paper sling, lift the loaf out of the pan and place on the cooling rack. Cool for another 10 minutes before slicing.

INGREDIENTS ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder½ cup powdered sugar¾ cup all purpose flour½ teaspoon salt½ cup Cannabutter, melted and still warm1 cup granulated sugar2 large eggs1 tablespoon water2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract⅓ cup chocolate chips⅔ cup (total) peanut butter chips or chopped peanut butter cups, or a combination of both⅓ cup creamy peanut butter, preferably not natural/separated

DIRECTIONSPreheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 baking pan with foil or parchment paper. Lightly grease the foil/parchment.In a medium bowl combine cocoa powder, powdered sugar, flour, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl combine butter and granulated sugar, whisk briefly, then allow the mixture to sit at room temp for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, whisk the mixture vigorously for about 30 seconds. Add eggs, water, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and use a rubber spatula or wooden spoon to stir the mixture until it is

glossy and well combined. Remove ⅓ cup of brownie batter and set it aside.

Add chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and peanut butter cups to the remaining batter and stir gently. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread into an even layer.

Using two spoons, dollop small portions of the peanut butter and the reserved brownie batter all over the top. Use the tip of a sharp knife to swirl the brownie batter and peanut butter together*. Don’t swirl too deep; you are mostly just making visible swirls in the top layer.

Bake for 28-33 minutes. The brownies should be underbaked just slightly, but not jiggle in the center. If you insert a toothpick into the center it should come out with moist fudgy crumbs, but no thin, raw batter. Place the pan on a wire rack to cool
