MediaTrax has three major product lines:

Our product platform allows users of online chatting services to personalize the appearance and features of their own unique virtual avatar, a graphic character that users employ to represent themselves online. Another product allows the user to incorporate their avatar into text messages, making these messages more dynamic and attention-grabbing. And finally, we offer a unique solution that seamlessly binds together a user’s PC and mobile devices.

1. Product Descriptions

Internet and Wireless 3D Chatting Server (VRChatter) This product allows subscribers to assume cyber-identities, or avatars, which are customizable, 3D, graphic icons that users choose to represent themselves in cyberspace. They are commonly used in forums and chat rooms. Users can personalize their avatar by selecting different foreground and background images, animation, and sound to match their personality. Or they can import their own images for a completely unique online avatar. We also provide high-resolution accessories–glasses, wigs, hats purses, and shoes—or complete wardrobe suites that make an individual's cyber-identity that much more personal, appealing, and sophisticated.

3D Editor/MMS Content Server (3DMMS)

This product allows characters to be incorporated into multimedia messaging services (MMS), which are services that enable users to send messages containing text, sound, and images. Mobile users currently send over one billion text messages globally, every day. With the technology pioneered by MediaTrax, carriers that provide services for picture-

messaging handsets are able to differentiate their service from their competitors.

Our products will also help to drive new revenue from existing data services. For example, carriers using MediaTrax can take the practice of “texting”—sending quick messages to your friends—and extend it to color-screen, multimedia handsets. Mobile device users choose from a whole host of characters—from the outrageous to the sophisticated—and each one has its own range of actions to suit its personality and the mood of the message. What's more, all that fun is as simple to use as existing SMS messaging: all the user does is type in the text, and the system adds the appropriate animation based on the content of the text message.

Our product SDK (software development kit) is available for licensing to mobile operators, handset manufacturers, and service providers. It can be easily integrated into any carrier’s infrastructure, including MMSC and SMSC used by Ericsson and Nokia. Messages are viewable on any color handset supporting MMS reception.

Enterprise Instant Message Server (MTCIM)The VRChatter enterprise version, Enterprise Instant Message Server (MTCIM), will be similar to the consumer version; however it will be modified to fit the specific needs of each client. The enterprise version of VRChatter will allow corporate marketing forces to showcase their own products or promote their brand. For example, Sing Tao News, the largest newspaper publisher in Hong Kong, is planning to use our

enterprise version to help their cover-girl promotion in the U.S. region.

Due to a variety of technical obstacles, alternative products cannot offer the complete solutions to integrate PCs and mobile phones into one IM environment that Cinimation offers. For example, ICQ/QQ only offer Internet chatting + SMS service, and there.com offers internet-only + 3D avatar service.

3. Technology

Developed exclusively by MediaTrax, our core technology VRSuiteTM is a set of server-based applications that dynamically generates avatars, creates real-time animated characters, and handles online/MMS messaging.

The suite consists of the following modules:

VRChatterTM: The core multimedia instant messaging (IM) engine.

VREditorTM: Creates personalized 3D avatars for Internet and wireless communication.

VRGeneratorTM Development Tool Kit: A flexible, easy-to-use, fully automated, 3D character animation engine that dynamically generates animated characters in real-time.

VRSubscriptor/PublisherTM: Our communication engine to create a scaleable on-line chatting and MMS delivery platform. The system is XML-based (eXtensible Markup Language) so that it can be easily integrated with any MMSC provider. In addition to sending avatar messages, the tool can manage users’ buddy lists and store their preferred avatar.

Using the technology described above, we provide our clients with the ability to create new business opportunities or take advantage of existing opportunities, limited only by their creativity and the constraints of the marketplace. For example, our clients could create a Custom Service Agent— a life-like, intelligent, character-communication interface to provide a more human and personalized feel in their customer communications. Or, a client could engineer a
