Prejudice or discrimination against someone on the grounds of a person’s age.

Young Adults (Teenagers) Permanently connected to social
media and their phones- seem to be rude due to this.
All young adults are ‘moody’ and have bad tempers.
The clothes young adults were are deemed ‘inappropriate’ or too revealing in some cases.
All young adults are rebellious and out-of-control
‘Hoodies’ are all aggressive and want to ‘mug’ adults and cause problems
Older generations think younger generations are worse: “In my day you couldn’t act like that!”

The elderly are very sweet and kind or bitter, rude and difficult to be around- no in-between
They’re all frail and weak and need assistance with everything/Sickness and disability immediately come as soon as you become old
People are seen as elderly from 60 onwards
Most elderly people are put into institutes or retirement homes very quickly and are then abruptly forgotten about by their families
Perceived to be the ones with a lot of money

Young Children: All young children are
permanently crying They are incapable of
entertaining themselves All young children are ‘bratty’
and spoilt- hence why they can’t behave themselves
All young children now, will only play games on technology and not with toys or go outside
They’re reckless with no care or thought of consequence.
