Unity in Action Magazine (UAM) reserves the right to revise advertising rates at any time. Current advertisers will be notified 30 days prior to rate adjustment. The advertiser has the right to cancel, without penalty, prior to the time new rates are made effective. In case of error, if proof was provided and reviewed to advertiser no credit will be issued. UAM may reject, edit, or classify any advertising copy submitted. UAM reserves the right to insert “paid advertisement” in all advertisements.
All contracts are conditioned on existence of the magazine or failure to perform due to uncontrollable occurrences like fire. Advertising must be paid for in advance unless prior credit has been established. If necessary to force collection, advertiser will pay all collection costs, including attorney fees.
