In Local News…

Today in Long Island, police are on the search to catch three thieves. One male and two

females. These three individuals stole four sunglasses that were worth around $1,700 in

South Huntington on Walt Whitman Road, Long Island. They have a picture of what

these three look like. If seen call either the police or crime stoppers at (800)- 220- TIPS.

Today is opening day for the New York Yankees! The New York Yankees will be play-

ing the Toronto Blue Jays today at 1:00pm. Four old fashion 1917 subway cars will be

transporting fans from Grand Central Terminal to the stadium only for opening day. This

1917 subway will be transporting fans back to the terminal. This 1917 subway has bright

lightening inside and unique seats that are made out of thin pliable stems of a palm. Hav-

ing that said tune in at 1:00pm to watch the opening game! (SAY EXCITED)

In National News…

We have a follow up story with the Muslim shooting in North Carolina. As we know

these three college students were shot and killed because of being Muslim. Stephen Hicks

who is there neighbor shot and killed all three students in there own apartment complex.

We recently found out that this man will be facing the death penalty if he is charged with

first degree murder. Police have reported that this killing was not over a parking space

but because of there religion.

This morning the White House will be having there annual Easter egg hunt location on

there front lawn. This will be there 137th Easter egg hunt and this time over 35,000

guests are invited (SAY SHOCKINGLY). This isn’t just an ordinary Easter egg hunt,

throughout today the White House has planned several fun activities for the children to

do. An example will be listening about “let’s move” into spring with healthy choices by

Michelle Obama. What’s exciting about today is that there are five souvenir eggs to find!

You’re probably thinking what kind of souvenir eggs? Four egg have autographs of Pres-

ident Obama and Michelle Obama in bright colors, and the fifth egg is a wooden egg but

also has signatures of Bo and Sunny including there paw prints! How cute!

In International News…

Breaking news in Paris, on Monday, the military are informing us that since 2011, Sjaak

Rijke has been kidnapped and kept as a prisoner. He was taken by the Islamic who have

religious or political views. Today he’s found and finally free! Sjaak was found early this

morning around 5:00am in Mali. The French military are taking Mali apart to see if they

can find anyone else captured. Unfortunately, being hostage is a profit making in Mali.

All the tears can fade away and smiles can be brought out once the search is over.

An account of 166 websites which had disturbing videos and images are now blocked.

Twitter and Youtube in Turkey are one of those! Why? Because of all the photos and

videos of the hostage. Facebook was also a target but was lifted since they just deleted

those pictures. However before this was blocked, Turkey also stopped there local news-

papers because of “terrorist propaganda.” On the social network everyone was viewing

Mr. Kiraz (the prosecutor) was held at gun point. Too much was being shown in these

videos / pictures and are now blocked so that no one can view them. Therefore, Turkey

has blocked social media sights before and are not afraid to do it again.

In Sports…

Connecticut Huskies, Women’s college basketball in Tampa, Fla want a rematch game

between Notre Dame. Both of these teams are undefeated but are excited to face each

other again. Not only are the players excited but the fans are pumped as well! It’s not

only about winning, it’s about coming together as a team, and working together. Both

teams have a good amount of hard working, determined, motivated, freshman. The Con-

necticut Huskies are striving for there 10th NCAA title. If they win again, this will be

there forth straight title! Notre Dame on the other hand wins, they will have there second

title. We will just have to wait until Tuesday when there game is.

Tonight, the college men basketball team, Wisconsin Badgers will be facing Duke. Not

just any game, but tonight is the national champion game. Kaminsky Naismith who is 7

feet tall and is a senior made history for the team. He was the FIRST (SAY EXCITED)

player to receive an Oscar Robertson Trophy and awarded player of the year. Having all

that said, Kaminsky Naismith is honored and striving for the “W” (win). Don’t forget to

watch the game later tonight to see who wins the national champion game!

Welcome back from the weekend students! Early this morning on Monday morning the

weather is going to be sunny 43 degrees. Later on in the day it’s suppose to be extremely

nice and up to 70 degrees. I recommend to go outside and enjoy this weather because the

rest of this week is suppose to be all rain! Welcome to April showers!

Monday the wind will be up to 17 miles per hour. Partly cloudy in the early morning.

BUT (say EXCITED) the sun will be coming out later on. On Monday suppose to be

High of 70 degrees! Can you believe it? I think winter is finally over and spring has ar-

rived! Later tonight there is a slight chance of some showers. Other than that enjoy the

beautiful, warm, weather!

In Entertainment…

In Malibu, Bruce Jenner was taking a morning hike. But…… something doesn’t look

right. Looks like Bruce has been for a surgical procedure to increase the size of his

breasts. Bruce Jenner is not suppose to be getting any type of surgical procedure because

of the last two years he has been getting hormone therapy. There is a high risk of him get-

ting a heart attack or even a stroke. The weather was so hot and he is dressed in a sweat

shirt, has huge sunglasses, and red nail polish. Bruce Jenner has an interview later this

month with Diane Sawyer about his transformation procedure is almost done.

Continued of Entertainment news…

Daniel Craig is the fourth time playing James bond in the new upcoming film. He re-

cently just had knee surgery this weekend. Being in the movie, Spectre he had to miss a

couple of days to recover. The surgery wasn’t anything serious but the outcome might be

a little on the edge. Being 47 years old and acting as James bond in this new movie might

not be the best idea. He should be up and jumping and ready to film more by April 22.

Don’t forget to see Spectre in theaters November 6th 2015.
