Narrative: A man called Joe who is 27 years old lives in an apartment in America by himself. One Monday morning he rushed to work as usual, he worked in an office in LA. Joe goes to work 5 times a week. At work he hopes to be promoted so that he can become the manger of the office. Joe is dating a bartender who is called Lisa, she lives in LA, he has been dating her for 2 weeks, but he doesn’t want a relationship yet. Every Sunday Joe visits his mum to have dinner with his whole family. Also on Fridaynights he usually goes to a night club with three of his friends. (At the start there is no dialogue)

On a Saturday night Joe was alone in his home watching a action film and eating popcorn, when he heard a sounder coming from outside, he thought it was nothing and decided to ignore it. However the sound became louder and louder slowly he walked to the back of the home where the sound was coming from. He opened the garden door and looked around but he couldn’t see anything, then he looked up and saw a space ship flying in the sky. He couldn’t believe what he had seen so he phoned the policestraight away, however the police don’t believe him. He looks again and realises it just the moon. (At the end there is dialoguewhen Joe phones the police and hears the sound of the spaceship).

Camera Shots: When Joe is at work there will be a cut away of him typing. Also there will be a two shot when he is on the date. I will use rule of third when he is watching the TV.A LS will be used for his family having dinner etc.

Narrative: There is a middle aged man called John who lives in London. He has been a scientist for 10 years and he hopes to become the most popular scientist through his new discoveries. In his job he worked very hard however he was very popular, he loved everything about science. He had no family and would usually meet up with friends, however they didn’t care about his new discovers, but he never stopped working hard. (There will be no dialogue at the start).

John had an idea if he could discover something unusual, could become a well know popular scientist. This made him become even more motivated and he done some research and survey to find out thing s about peoples dreams and other topics. Then he discovered that he could train people to meet aliens, this would get him well known. He tested his discovery on a few people then decided to tell everyone at work. People couldn’t believe what he had discovered. (There will be dialogue at the end).

Camera shots: Split scenes when people are dreaming and when the scientist experiments on people. There will be a close up of Johns facial expressions when he discovers something new. Long shot of John working etc.

Narrative: A boy and a girl met on the beach in Bangkok they became a couple after 2 months of dating. They had been together for 5 years. The boy was called Josh and the girl was called Nita. They lived together in a big house next to the beach, they had a lot of money, and they enjoyed each day together. They would visit each others families on the weekend.

It was one cloudy day when the couple decided to go to the beach together. The waves started to get stronger and stronger, but it didn’t seem to bother them. Suddenly the greatest wave washed them away, people where screaming and trying their best to swim to safety. Josh looked around but he couldn’t see Nita.

Camera shots: I will use a long shot for the big wave flooding the beach. Two shot of Josh and Nita on a date. Close up of Josh’s facial expression when he sees Nita is missing. LS of family dinner. LS of there home etc.

This short film will be about 7 minutes long.
