Data l’elevata la capacità di lavoro e per aumentare la velocità di essiccazione viene collocato al-l’interno un ventilatore di dimensioni maggiori azionato elettrica-mente, ed un sistema di deflettori che favorisce la fluidodinamica interna dell’aria.

RGAl momento è la famiglia con la maggior produttività giornaliera, preferisce ampi spazi ma si adatta bene ai piccoli per il suo ancor contenuto diametro di base (Ø 5,3mt). Capacità elevate e rapidità di essiccazione sono i punti di forza di questo gruppo. Il sistema di ventilazione qui è costituito da tre ventilatori.

Il design che caratterizza ciascuna macchina, abbinato alla scelta di materiali di prima qualità consente ad ogni essiccatoio di spo-sarsi elegantemente in qualsiasi ambiente e diventare piacevole soggetto dell’arredo aziendale.La scelta sul modello più adeguato viene fatta relazionando di-mensioni predefinite in partenza con la produzione giornaliera. Il tipo di combustibile utilizzato può essere, a seconda delle esi-genze: gasolio, gas liquido, metano. Il sistema di ventilazione è azionato elettricamente e costantemente controllato elettronica-mente.Trasporto e assemblaggio avvengono per parti premontate e in breve tempo per essiccatoi della serie RT, per le serie RM ed RG l’essiccatoio viene costruito in loco.

RGAt the moment it is the family with the highest daily producti-vity; it prefers large spaces but it fits itself easily even in small ones because of its still contained diameter (Ø 17,4 ft ). Large

capacity and drying rapidity are the keys of this group. The vent system here is made of three fans.

The design that characterizes each machine, combined with the choice of first quality materials, allows every machine to marry elegantly any environment and to become pleasant subject of

the company furniture.The choice of the most adequate model is done relating prede-

fined dimensions with the daily production. The fuel used can be, on request: diesel oil, LPG or methane. The vent system is electrically supported and constantly electronically monitored.

Smaller driers (RT) are pre assembled at the factory while other models (RM and RG) are fully constructed on site.

Il calore recuperato dal cereale nella fase di raffreddamento ri-duce notevolmente il consumo di combustibile. Il cereale è sog-getto ad una diminuzione progressiva della temperatura cosicché il chicco non viene danneggiato da eventuali sbalzi termici, per giungere nella zona di scarico perfettamente pulito e raffreddato a temperatura ambiente, in modo da poter esser stoccato senza alcun problema ed in sicurezza.

Tutta la camera di combustione a pressione è circondata da ben 30 cm di materiale in modo tale che questo possa sfruttare ogni singola caloria prodotta dal bruciatore. Opportuni invertitori del flusso interno della parete di cerealegarantiscono un’elevata omogeneità dell’essiccazione.

Inoltre la parete di cereale costituisce un perfetto filtro antirumo-re, riducendo le emissioni acustiche a livelli bassissimi.

La struttura del bruciatore e dei ventilatori è stata progettata in modo che l’aria giunga all’esterno dell’essiccatoio con velocità pressoché nulla, riducendo così a quantità trascurabili le emissio-ni di particolato.

Il sistema di combustione prevede l’utilizzo di bruciatori in vena d’aria o ad aria soffiata nelle varianti a Gasolio o gas, a seconda delle preferenze del cliente.

Un ventilatore centrifugo con pale all’indietro, progettato per ge-nerare grandi volumi d’aria con il minimo consumo di energia elettrica ed altissimo rendimento!!

La forma del condotto di ventilazione, grazie alla presenza del cono equalizzatore, permette un’affluenza costante ed omogenea d’aria al bruciatore soprastante.

Essendo solo estrattore e ventilatore gli unici elementi in movi-mento, la possibilità che si verifichino problemi meccanici viene abbattuta drasticamente.

Le lamiere esterne e tutta la bulloneria sono in acciaio inossidabi-le, in grado di mantenere elevate tenacità a qualsiasi temperatu-ra, resistentissimo agli attacchi di agenti atmosferici e all’usura.

Le lamiere esterne in acciaio inossidabile garantiscono longevità all’essiccatoio e migliorano l’aspetto estetico. Inoltre la particolare struttura garantisce risultati di estrema rigidezza in uno spazio d’ingombro al suolo limitatissimo.

All the heat recovered by the cereal during the cooling reduces greatly the fuel consumption. The cereal is subject to a progres-sive reduction of the temperature, so that the corn is not dama-ged by sudden changes of temperature, to reach to unloading zone perfectly clean and at room temperature. In this way it is ready for the following storage operations.

The whole combustion chamber is encircled by 30 centimetres of product; in this way every single calorie produced by the bur-ner is exploited for the drying.Appropriate flow reversers inside the cereal wall guarantee high homogeneity of the drying process.

The cereal wall establishes a perfect anti-noise filter, reducing the acoustic emissions to very low values.

Burner and fan frames have been designed in order to have null speed of the air exiting from the machine. In this way we reduce the emissions of particulars to negligible amount.

The combustion system is provided with air vein or blown air burners, both diesel or gas supply according to the customer preferences.

Centrifugal fan with backward blades has been designed to ge-nerate large air volumes with minimum power supply and very high efficiency!!

Thanks to the equalizer cone, the shape of the vent duct provides with regular and homogeneous air flow to the above burner.

Moving elements are only the extractor and the fan, in this way the possibility to have mechanical problems is greatly pulled down.

External sheets, all bolts and nuts are made of stainless steel, able to preserve high toughness at any temperature of work, and very resistant to wear and atmospherical agents.
